Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

I love coming here! The owner and staff are so incredibly friendly. I always get the iced Vietnamese coffee. The biscuit with the raspberry jam is also a favorite. The atmosphere is nice for casual conversation and work/school as well. Super spacious patio with both sunny and shaded spots!

Honestly I would probably give it a 0. Whoever the older lady is is rude. Sitting down doing my work and I usually always wait until I order something. Due to religious purposes I was fasting and still planned to buy a croissant before leaving so I could have it later. The lady came up to me and told me that I could not sit there without making a purchase. How rude?! Literally had to pack my stuff and leave. I told her I was fasting and she goes “oh..” and walks away. So unprofessional. By the way it’s not like we were taking up any space it was not busy at all. I have been to every coffee shop in the area and the customer service is always amazing, idk whats up with this place

I've been going to this coffee shop for quite a while and didn't realize I never left a review. They have a great selection of drinks (both coffee and tea, hot or cold), and every one I've tried has been amazing. The pastries they have are great too. You can't go wrong with this place. It's definitely my favorite coffee shop off all time.

Owner is really nice she gave good advice for teas. The owner was really respectful and upon asking questions for my college project she really opened my mind into her business and how hard she works for it. The inside of her franchise felt cozy and the art work on the wall caught my eye. The tea she recommended was really good, and relaxing and her recommendation of sugar was really a good recommendation for the tea. I did not get the owners name but thank you! I hope your business keeps growing and I wish you nothing but the best with your business. Keep that positive attitude that keeps us customers happy.

Large, clean and nice music

First time visiting. My husband tried the iced tea with lemonade and I tried the dirty chai on ice. We also got a couple of slices of cake to go. Everything was great. Very lovely shop, the ladies up front were very friendly and welcoming.

Very good coffee and breakfast. Staff is very informative and nice. Our first time there, they make you feel welcome. Looking forward to going back and enjoying their coffee.

They are ok, nice dining room with decent coffee and way better tea than Starbucks. They have a very nice looking selection of desserts, which I didn't try because I don't eat that kind of stuff. I still prefer my favorite local place, and this is a chain, but better than Starbucks, IMHO.
