Great, friendly staff and the food is fantastic. I love this place. Wish I could go more often, as I've never had a bad experience.
They also display local art for sale. And I love it. I bought my 3rd piece today and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I left with it!

Great music venue for smaller events. Fantastic sound and a very up-close and personal atmosphere. You'll never be closer to the artists and the performance.
Oh, and food is quite good as well at very moderate pricing. The friendly owner-staff rounds off the experience.

My favorite bar in Richmond. Good eats, fantastic on-tap selection, and supports the local music scene.

I've been coming here for years - GREAT live music, and so glad they host the River City Blues Society events, Blues & Brews. You've GOT to have one of their burgers!!!! I commented to Georgia more than once how good the beef was, and she sent out the chef (who turned out to be a co-owner, Xavier), and he told me it was his grandmother's meatloaf recipe. Outstanding, highly recommended. Can't wait to have another one.

Pretty spacious venue, decent beer selection, lots of bathrooms. Does tend to get very loud/wild on a good night.

The camel is always my go-to for a good brunch. The bloody marys are amazing, the food is always amazing and interesting. They always have the best selection of drink and beer. This place is just an all around gem. They have this appetizer that is fried artichoke with marinara and lemons and it is so perfect. I get it every time I go! Aside form the food, they always have the best artists come and play. Most bands I have never heard of but the music is always awesome. Who ever gets to choose the bands that perform knows what is up! I will continue to come here for as long as they are open!

Good spot for live music! Like most venues in Richmond, it has a great old blues, rock n roll, or even juke joint vibe! Has a wood floor for dancing and a well stocked bar! That's all I need for a fun night and this was a fun afternoon of dancing to some great blues music!

Great laid back cozy local bar. Fantastic happy hour prices. Employee owned and their friendly and provide great service. Go here!
