Prince Tea House

Great tea and food and while I'm happy tea houses are becoming more popular, the atmosphere is a bit loud and ... Well honestly americanized for me and I am an American. I'd like to sit down once and be able to read my book in peace where people are enjoying polite and quieter conversations. Nothing against the service and offers from the tea house itself, everything is excellent

The food was very good and I didn't mind paying for it along with relaxing atmosphere plus a tasty drink. The cake was tasty as well but it was more a fruit salad then a cake but sweet and savory still.

Great place to celebrate Mother’s Day with my beautiful daughter and granddaughter! We got “Tea for Three” and it was perfect ☕️Service, food and atmosphere all good ! They were having a baby shower and a birthday party and still managed to take good care of us!

Excellent service! I did a reservation and was thoroughly assisted all throughout our stay with kindness and they are very hospitable. Julia and Ann were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

I have celiac, so gluten free, not by choice. I had been to Prince Tea House on Holland 4 or 5 times with no complaint. The GF menu is small, but tasty. Today I ordered one of the two items I usually get and reminded (pointed out on the gf menu) that the menu item is only gf when cookies and wafers are not included. The dish was brought out with wafers and cookies, so I double checked if they started using gf wafers and cookies. I was told it was gluten free. I said the menu says the cookies and wafers have gluten and asked the server to double check. She came back and had pulled out the little wafers and said "Now it's gluten free." First of all, it still had cookie crumbs everywhere, and second of all, I would have gotten sick from the wafers having been in the food. I said I could still not eat it because of the contamination of the food and she told me rather harshly that there was gluten all over the kitchen, but she could make it for again. At that point I wasnt trusting anything made in the kitchen today. Probably won't be back, and if the kitchen can't be bothered to make gluten free food, then they shouldn't advertise it on the menu.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They lost a reservation I made over a month ago. Even after discussing vegetarian options for my party. The manager called me a "LIAR" to my face and stated "they dont take reservations but were now booked for that day." They are unprofessional, unorganized, and they do NOT value their patrons. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

I had one of their sandwiches and the Guan Yin oolong. The sandwich had spicy mayo, avocado, and crab. It was a different flavor, but still delicious. The tea was perfect. Will be going again to try their Afternoon Tea.

This place is always a spectacular outing! The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is wonderful! It's a great place for a shower or birthday party!

It’s the most beautiful and delicious tea room I’ve been to in my life! The interior is amazing, every detail in the restaurant is perfect, stylish and high class! The desserts were full of flavor with fresh ingredients and the salted crispy chicken was superb. I highly recommend this tea house as such places are hard to find in the US.

The food was good. Drinks were delicious. The menu is online but doesn’t have very many descriptions. With many items being unique. It would be helpful to have more information so I wasn’t having to google every single thing. I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea cake but it didn’t seem to have brown sugar on it. It was almost salty vs sweet. Service wasn’t great. There weren’t many people there and a handful of waitresses but we only saw our waitress to order our food. I had to catch her attention while she was chatting with another worker to get my check.
