Such a great experience. The staff was friendly even with how busy they were, the teas were delicious and the desserts were phenomenal. I highly recommend the purple yam souffle. Totally worth the wait for it to be cooked. Will definitely become a regular.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! I do think the service staff would benefit from more training/experience as we received our entree, then app, and our drinks last which was odd. But other than the timing it was fantastic and considering they're so new, I'm sure those kinks will get worked out in time. Will definately be back and hopefully can update to 5 stars!

Wow, this place is amazing! Such a great little place to relax and enjoy amazing tea, snacks, and desserts.

On the 3 July 2022.
The atmosphere was not bougie. It was a very cool and calm place that is easy to relax and snack. The waiters were very respectful and attentive.
The drink: Prince passion fruit tea. A very delicious drink. The fruit pairings work well with each other. Even though drinking from a tea cup felt weird to me as I felt I needed to be dressed up such an event, but that is a me thing.
The food: Smoked salmon sandwich. It was a good sandwich nothing much to complain but feels like things can be improve with a few tweaks to it.
Overall it is a good place to sit, drink and snack down on a few things. The place even with plenty of guest still felt a relaxing peace of mind (despite me feeling out of place due to me not accustomed to those events.) I do recommend this place to many types of people and especially first timers to this type of event. This place has great potential for being an amazing place that many will go to.

I really hate to write this but my experience here was so, so disappointing and I'd like them to see this before they do their grand opening so that they can maybe work on things and improve.
I came here for my birthday with my husband on August 26. We ordered the afternoon tea for 2 and an appetizer of takoyaki. To say the spread was disappointing is an understatement.
For $54, we got:
2 pots of tea ($8.50 each), about 3 teacups each
8 tiny squares of single piece of bread "sandwiches" (one bite each)
2 smaller-than-palm sized scones with 2 teeny pots of cream and jam
2 macarons that were just larger than a quarter
2 tiny pots of chocolate mousse, again about the size of a quarter
2 tiny pies, again one bite
So, essentially the food was $37, which is insanity.
If you look at the photo on their menu, it looks like a lot more. They show 2 entire slices of cake! The macarons were absolutely pathetically small, didn't taste good. The mousse was "fine". The pies were awful, the pastry tasted terrible. The scones were fine, if you actually got some cream and jam with them. The sandwiches were fine, bread was kinda hard and stale.
The tea was great - both flavors were nice. Takoyaki was fine.
But that's kind of where it ended. Everything was sort of meh. Definitely did not feel like a premium dining experience (again, $54 + takoyaki cost for this), the service was non-existent. We had someone take our order, drop our stuff on the table, and then a teenage boy came out of the back to awkwardly check on us 40 minutes later. We were there for an hour and never got asked if we wanted anything else, our plates and cups weren't taken away, etc.
The servers were up front on their phones not really doing anything, the place wasn't busy. We were just expecting a much nicer dining experience for over $70 not including tip.

Loved this cute spot. Chill and inviting environment with scrumptious food and teas. Will 100% go again... multiple times.

Ordered Uber TWICE! My wife found this gem because she was looking for a dessert place and this place caught her eye. Since it was raining, she didn't want to leave the house so we ordered delivery online through Uber. It was ready by the time the delivery guy came and since it's near our house, it came by quick thankfully. The iced passion fruit black tea was so good and so was the fried squid legs that we had to order some more once again! Desserts were phenomenal as it wasn't overly sweet. Just the right amount that we've always wanted. Thankfully this place exists and that it's near our home. Will have to stop by for a date some time.

Absolutely thrilling and delicious! The Prince Tea House is a must go with friends or even for one person alone for afternoon tea. The setting, food, tea, and customer service is phenomenal! One will certainly be back after their experience!
