Terrific atmosphere, great latte drinks & smoothies! The inside is very cute & rustic. The service has been terrific - everyone here is super friendly and helpful! The barista makes some great latte art too! ☕ Highly recommend! 😁

I adore Sawdust Road. Everything I’ve had here thus far - hot and iced latte drinks, grilled cheese, potato salad, Nutella toast, breakfast burrito - have been delicious. Customer service is very good. They have a great yard for eating outside and for kids to play. The front patio, with its wooden rocking chairs and benches, also provide a nice space for their customers. I enjoy coming here.

Comfy, rustic hangout with fabulous coffee and delicious upscale sandwiches. (Haven't tried their salads yet.) Cozy indoor seating in an old house; restful porch seating; huge backyard with playset for kids to run around. Very busy on weekend mornings... plan to wait a while for food.

Wonderful coffee shop for new and experienced coffee lovers! My husband and I visited many times during our stay. Very kind and helpful baristas. The beans they have are very good, and they have many options for brewed coffee, pour overs, and lattes. Recommend for sure!

Not really sure how it takes over 40 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. This is the second time we have come here and waited as long. It is not like they are swamped with customers. The food we have had is real good. Just wish we didn't have to wait so long.
Thank you Eddie, for your response. Thank you for your manager addressing it at the time and delivering quality coffee and sandwiches. My initial review was only meant to help you and your staff identify things that may be slipping through the cracks. I did not mean to sound harsh. My wife and I enjoy supporting local businesses and truly appreciate the the efforts and struggles during these crazy times. That being said, we are looking forward to eating at Sawdust Road again. The pimento BEC on sourdough is amazing and will keep me coming back. Thank you and good luck.

So happy we found this little gem. Service, food and drinks were excellent! My caprese pesto sandwich was so simple, yet SO DELICIOUS! My husband had a breakfast burrito that he said was the best he’s ever had.

This is terrific locally owned place! It is a combination of a coffee shop, sandwich bar and art gallery. It is located in an old house and each room is set up with seating and a table to eat at. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and is delicious! Order their signature sandwich and a glass of fresh squeezed lemonade and enjoy it in one of the rooms out of the way. Highly recommend checking this place out and a shout out to their extremely friendly staff!!!

Again and again we would rate Sawdust Road with 5 stars. Every visit has always been enjoyed. Easy to find and easy to park. Very clean. Starting with the way the owners love this piece of land and this house- they have spent time finding out lots of history and they have become one of the most welcoming businesses at the entry into Pungo. The Sawdust family shows that they love the community and they are constantly showing ways to support other local small businesses and local artists. On to their coffee and food- hot or cold the coffee is delicious. Favorite hot latte is their Honey Lavender and their Backwater cold brew is a favorite. Love their breakfast tacos - fresh egg and their pico is packed with flavor.
Easy to feel cozy and comfortable inside or out on their front porch. There's a lot of room to enjoy their yard especially under the huge magnolia tree! There is a (backyard) playground on their property. Be back again soon!

Edit: ordered coffees and sandwiches at 9:05 but got the drinks at 9:50 and the food at 10:00. Ruined the whole beach day.
First and second visits: Best coffee and must try. Sour dough was something really special with the tasty homemade jams.
