Placed an online order at 12:20 and it said it would be ready at 12:35. We (husband and 2 year old) were really looking forward to picking up our sandwiches and sitting outside in their nice outside area. We got there at 12:40 and I checked in for the food; was told they would bring it out when it was ready. After checking at 1:00, then 1:15, we finally got our food at 1:30, almost a full hour after it was supposed to be ready. I addressed my concerns very nicely (merely recommended that they should let people know if there was that significant of a delay when they arrived to pick up their food) with the woman at the front and she seemed very dismissive of my concerns, “well we’re busy and had a lot of online orders come in.” I understand that, but I have a toddler that is supposed to nap at 1:30, and we easily could have canceled the order upon finding that it would take so much longer than promised. When we finally got the sandwiches, they were fine, but the long wait and dismissive customer service made the whole experience unfortunate. Great outdoor area and a nice play area for kids.

The coolest coffee shop ever. There is nothing like it. It’s an old country house with a yard in Pungo Village near Sandbridge. The owners are super friendly as well as their staff. The ambiance is very cozy and the walls are adorned with awesome original artwork. Very crafty and delicious coffee drinks with a nice selection of local baked pastries as well. It’s worth the drive out from the oceanfront to experience this very unique and charming coffee shop.

Stopped in for the first time day! Staff was friendly & my lavender honey latte was awesome. Also, really loved the overall vibe of the place. Glad to have such a unique, new coffee spot in the area ✨

The taste was immaculate. The scenery of the cafe was irre-proachable. Never seen anything like it. I can never find good coffee ANYWHERE and this place has the BEST COFFEE! I love this cafe so much. I had my mom try the coffee; she doesn't even like surgery cold coffee and she loved it. Thank Sawdust Road, now I know where i'll be going for brunches with the girls.

Really cool atmosphere without the nigh-esoteric pretension you tend to find in a lot of third wave spots. Homey and light-hearted. The food is really good; I got “The Signature” sammy. It was out fast; simple, tasty, and filling. The coffee wasn’t really on the spectrum of idolized roasters like Counter Culture, Onyx, etc. It’s not trying to be that, and that’s a really nice change. It’s more in the region of your dad’s favorite breakfast spot—only better: a “to thine own self be true”-kind of a place. Really pleased with it. Will definitely be back.

One of my absolute favorite places for coffee. Great menu, delicious food. Staff is always super friendly. Great aesthetic. Even the kids love it!

Cute location. The person taking our order put in the order incorrectly. We order different sandwiches but got the same thing. They did correct the mistake. The honey lavender coffee was yummy but the sandwiches were mediocre. Will go back when the world is back to normal and we can eat inside.

Excellent smoothies and great coffee options. We had a variety of sandwiches and all left happy.
