Dutch Bros

Originally stopped for some quick late night coffee on our way to the casino. Waited LITERALLY between 10-15min behind one car while we watched the barista(Hannah) hang out the window and chat. Got up to the window and asked the male barista(Jesse)if they were closed or if it was just chatting hour? His response? "Oh, we were just chatting." I thanked them for wasting my time to which Hannah responded in the most snooty and sarcastic way. Clearly the young people hired and trusted to run this company, could care less about it's customers and I would rather not spend my time or money at this establishment ever again. Support your local small coffee shops, dutch isn't the only place open late🤘🏼

Great experience first time there out of town and they gave us our to coffee's on them

I ordered a large golden eagle here (flavor vanilla & caramel) & it had no taste of either. When I went back to enquire why does this taste like a generic latte (only coffee & milk) the lady at counter told me as this is large size they put 4 coffee shots but only 1 shot of flavor (which is for small size)?

That explanation makes no sense cos I ordered & paid for large sized coffee so the taste should be consistent for small & large either way & this isnt my first time to dutch bros & I have loved their coffees at other chains. :/

I go here often and they are always amazing! Even with everything going on with Covid-19 they are friendly and fast. There can be a huge line and it still never takes a long time. Five minutes is a standard with a huge line! Love that they came to Airway Heights, now I have my two favorite coffee stands within five minutes of me!
