Worst customer service, waited 30min in line. The staff is very slow, would of given 0 stars if I could. Don't waist your time or money here. There are better dutch locations in spokane.

There were so many cars that my truck ended up dying in line litterally. So I was not only late to work but had to sit in single digit weather to wait for someone to come and give me a jump. No one was helping the line move or anything.

Really enjoyed my visit. The girls were very nice even tho it took us a minute to pull up our free drink for down loading their app, they were nicely patient. The drinks were pretty good...all I would do different is ask for a little bit more flavor in mine and I ordered a cold blended raspberry/huckleberry mocha. Yummmmyyyyyyy

Online it states that this location opens at 5 am -10 pm, I was very disappointed to stop by at 530am and find the whole place closed up tight. I love dutch coffee however I suggest a review and edit to hours as I am sure I am not the first to have run into this problem.

Very slow. I love that employees exchange pleasantries or whatever, but I wish they’d keep the line moving. I did not expect a coffee run in the morning to take 20 minutes.

Probably some of the best drinks there. And great people and fast service.

What's not to adore about this place? First of all the drinks are fantastic and predictable (which is so important in a $5 drink!). What makes it all worth it though are the people. Every single time I have been there I have been greeted with a smile and a great attitude.
