Wake Up Call - North Division

Abby was absolutely amazing I'd forgotten my card and she was so kind didn't make me feel bad about it. When I came back she was very kind and helpful. Love the service at this location the batistas at this location.

Amber served me today and her customer service and addittude brought a smile to my face. I love the coffee. It's full body flavor and smooth consistency keeps me coming back for more. I used to own my own coffee shop and Amber was the type of employee I would look for to hire, because I knew the customers would have an experiance at my establishment they would tell there friends about. My rating of 5 stars for Wake Up Call is well deserved.

Recently, I've been searching for a new coffee place. Today I decided to try Wake Up Call. I never know what I'm going to order and always take an extremely long time to decide. An extremely nice barista guided me through the menu and asked me questions/helped me determine what I was in the mood for. Before I came in I had no idea what I wanted, but once I was getting ready to leave the store I had a Bagel Breakfast Sandwich in my hands. However, before I left, I knew that I was going to be leaving a review about my incredible experience and I just had to know the name of my barista. So Gracie, if you're reading this, thank you so much! I'm definitely coming again and will be finding out what days you work so that I know when I'm coming into the store again! Will also be recommending Wake Up Call on North Division to all of my friends.

I used to absolutely love wake up call. All of their drinks were delicious and the baristas were great. Lately I would prefer to go to other coffee shops because of quality, customer service and drinks. Unfortunately my husband still likes wake up call so we went to this location. I ordered a hot double decker and wow it was horrible. I have never taken a sip of coffee and immediately said that it was disgusting. I didn't even know you could burn peanut butter so badly. On top of a horrible drink was a horrible barista. She could care less about her job. The customer service that she gave out was equivalent to that of an angry teenager. She handed us our coffees and walked away. Didn't even attempt to say have a good day or anything. Still mad that we left a tip for an undeserving barista.

Both times I ordered my coffee online for delivery they made my coffee incorrectly. There is a spot to put special instructions and I requested something very simple since I could not find the option in the order selection. Why have the option to put in a request of it's just ignored?

I really enjoy getting coffee here! Stephanie was amazing! Had wonderful customer service and she makes my morning coffee just right!! Stephanie is always welcoming when I step in. When asked for drinks recommendations, she provided some flavors that I liked. Every drink suggested taste delicious! When I’m not in the best mood, Stephanie cheers me up thank you for making the best coffee! I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!

Reanna and Andrew are my faves! They take excellent care of me and if they see us coming, usually have our regular order ready by the time we get to the window. Super friendly, real, sweet and make a mean coffee! Extra whip all the way and they never forget. Because of them, we come here almost everyday for lunch. Does this help put them through college?? :) just teasing. Highly recommend you let them get to know you too!

Everyone is always so friendly. Nicole was a sweetheart and super bubbly when taking my order today, she helped me figure out my reward points and checkout was a breeze. Their new Olympian drink is my fav.

A fantastic morning "wake up"! My morning stop at Wake Up Call and the GREAT service Bri delivers each and every time, is the best coffee experience I have ever had. Thank you...5-star coffee and service.

I just love coming here. The coffee is always perfect and the staff is just amazing.
