Wake Up Call - North Division

The employees are very friendly, even if they are short-staffed.

I wish the menu boards inside the cafe described the drinks. Even the printed menus don't have descriptions, which I find odd. What's an Abbey Road? What's a Frostbite? There is a website where you can go to look at the menu but it took a while to load, so I have no idea what the goal here is. Maybe the drive through menu boards are more descriptive?

The last two times I've been here, baristas have had their personal drink container near the register or a half-eaten muffin on the spot where I would normally expect to have my drink be served. (My drink was served near the cash register, but still having a half-eaten muffin sitting out on a customer-facing counter just seems sloppy.) As a one-time occurrence, I wouldn't mention it but now it's happened twice and it just grosses me out.

Since I don't know what's on the menu, and I'm not super thrilled about the general hygiene, this is not a place high on my list to return to.

Briana Coy is the face “Wake Up Call” to me. She has been my barista since I first met her back in 2015. She will greet you with a smile and your favorite drink. If you want a warm welcome come to the north Spokane Wake Up Call and meet her!!!!!!!

I love coffee and Wake up call is definitely one of my favorites. Even when the lines are long they move quickly which I appreciate. Love the friendly baristas especially Jeanine. She always has a smile and makes super yummy ☕️☕️

Ordered online for delivery and half our order was wrong. One drink was iced not hot and the breakfast burritos were supposed to be egg and bacon came as rice and cheese with salsa packets. The drinks that were correct were not that good and the person who ordered the muffin tried it and said it was bad and left it. Told them our order was wrong and they refunded us but didn't help with not having breakfast before our event... poor service and food.

I come here at least three times a week. I rarely have any issues with my coffee. I like it hot and strong and sugar free because I work 12 hours.The Batista's are friendly and helpful and I love that they have so many sugar free flavors. Today I want to give a shot out to Bree and Trinity thanks ladies for the fantastic coffee.

My whole day is based on my daily coffee, and I know this applies to so many people! This is the only location I will go too anymore!, and it’s worth going out of my way for! The assistant manager Emma was amazing and gave me the best service and definitely earned my loyalty for life to this location!!! I had a picky order and emma did everything to make this order happen, she helped pick out flavors that’s my coworkers loved and made it so delicious! Definitely provided the best customer service, doesn’t make me feel rushed, is very personable and friendly! Emma is so good when I bring my dog by or kids! Definitely recommend this location if you want good coffee or red bulls!

I love visiting wake up call and trying new Red Bull flavors. Everytime Laura is working she always recommends a delicious drink and points me in the right direction. She has amazing energy and a bright personality that I love. She’s one of my favorites!

Alexis made me such a yummy drink this morning. I usually go to Starbucks for my specific coffee, but she was creative and patient with me about recreating it. It was way better than anything I’ve ever had so I will definitely be going back!! Thank you sweet Alexis!!!
