Pretentious snooty rude and not welcoming and overpriced. $17 for a sandwich to eat outside and breathe pollution amd all the noise on Pico ha what a deal. Portions were small. Left their still hungry.

I have had breakfast many times and have taken lunches on other occasions and have always been happy with the food, service and environment. Today i had the create your own omelette option. Choose type of eggs, a cheese, meat (incl vegetarian sausage which I like), 2 veggies and toast. Comes with potatoes. I'm dinging the breakfast a couple tenths of a point because this time the whole grain toast was slightly over toasted. The strawberry jam which looks and tastes homemade made up for it.
Also, a lovely lady who might have been the owner or manager was walking around topping off coffees, chatting with guests and making everyone feel welcome. They're still killing it over at food!

Decided to stop in this Food place to find NO customer service at the register. Make sure you look at you receipt before you leave so you don't get OVERCHARGED! I ordered some pasta salad and 1 turkey meatball. Paid 17$ looked over my receipt and found she charged me for meat Lasagna and a meatball. Least to say I will not be returning to this place for any of my dinning. Service and food just did not sit well with me.

I'm visiting every time when I'm in LA. I was really falling in love with this place and the nice people.

Food is tasty! But really, this place does fancy brunch right. It's a little pretentious and expensive, but it's not all fluff and actually gives you something delicious. I had never had a breakfast sandwich quite as flavorful and wonderful as at this place. I'll be coming back here for sure.

FOOD is awesome. Period. With one of the best breakfast and brunch menus in town, and an ever-changing list of weekly specials that are consistently amazing. Expect to put your name on a list and wait in back for a bit by the retail fridges which have everything you usually forgot to pickup in your grocery run. Meal-wise, you can't go wrong - but if breakfast quesadillas are on the specials get them! Or the French Toast. Or the breakfast cobb salad. And when you're done, make sure to pickup some of their prepared food for dinner. And don't forget an incredible cookie!

Great local breakfast/lunch spot for 4 or fewer people. They have new specials every weekend. Everything is amazing. They also sell pre-made food and have an expertly catered grocery section. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help out.

Very covid conscious which is good…. But to the point of being rude. We are well into a time where businesses are open and customers are engaging…. They are behaving like the very beginning of covid and are extremely stern in their demeanor. Unnecessarily so.

My first, and only experience at Food was awful. Before I even sat down, a dude told me not to sit at that table if my whole party hadn't arrived. Before even saying hello. Nice. Then the WiFi is on some Cold War era voucher system. Yeah. Food is not bad, but pricey. Gotta love LA, though.
