Philz Coffee

I beg of you to patron this establishment. My ecstatic iced coffee was wonderful as well as the Turkish coffee I got last week. Customer service amazing as well. Came at 10:00 on 8/1/22.

One of my favorite coffee spots in Santa Monica. I come here in the mornings when I want a treat and when I know I need a strong dose of caffeine. There’s usually a line but it moves quickly. I like the mint mojito because it’s smooth and creamy, and I like sipping it on a hot day. Note that there is about 21 g of sugar and 330 calories in the 16 oz though, if you’re trying to watch your intake. I had the iced coffee rose with cream and that’s also really good. There’s a subtle rose flavor in the beginning that lingers as you sip the rest of your drink. The 16 oz has 28 g of sugar and is 320 calories, but if you get it with oat milk, the calorie count drops to 130 calories and 23 g of sugar. You order your drinks at the available counter and then pay at the cashier to the left. They’ll cal out the drinks as they’re ready. There’s couches and tables inside plus a couple of outdoor tables. Lots of people hang out here to do work so it isn’t a quiet environment but it’s a chill vibe.

Pretty good store! Coffee isn't really my thing but it tastes quite good! The lighting, vibes, and just everything about it is good! The only reason I didn't give this shop 5 stars is because it's a little cramped. If you come at a time that's somewhat busy it'll be hard to find a good seat

Employees are not the nicest, always seem impatient. The counter setup is kind of weird. I would recommend using the app to order & pickup since the line gets really long & they seem to prioritize that counter over the people in line.

I had coffee at this place, not as good the reviews made it out to be. The burrito was stale, but the customer service was average. This place was truly just average, not the best place to study.

I am coming to LA and Philz after 2 years and this place continues to amazes me. Everything on the menu is gold. I really liked philtered soul and philharmonic. Can't wait for Philz to open in Chicago.

Super bomb coffee shop. The pastries are danked and the coffee is great.

I got me a nice unsweetened Hot latte with oat milk tastes a great. Blueberry muffin crust delicious, Got the raspberry Danish for the beach time. And little man got a nice chocolate milk.

Also the inside have some nice vibes.
Come on by and get you a latte freshen up a bit. Please peace ✌

Overpriced. Way too loud inside. Poor value for money. They don't take cash, so they obviously don't care about getting business from the entire public. There are far better options out there.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Mojito Latte all day every day!

When I moved to Santa Monica, this is one of the first cafes I hit up and I'm so happy I did. This place runs like a well-oiled machine and puts Starbucks to shame.

The ordering process is super unique and quite frankly absolute genius. Instead of ordering through the cashier, you go straight up to the baristas and tell them what you want, and exactly how you like it. This really minimizes any mistakes especially if you are very particular about your coffee. The baristas are super friendly and are great at making suggestions if you're unsure with what you want or if you're needing a surprise.

MUST TRY: Mojito Latte!!!

I come from NYC and trying Philz coffee was the best thing ever. They seriously need to move over to manhattan or queens. I had the mint mojito and it was actually coffee tasting. I expected it to be taste more like some kind of a sweet latte but it was amazing. The only thing is that the coffee is very strong(I like it like that) so if you don’t, ask how to order it if you want to dilute it.
