Caffe Umbria

I like the coffee and their scones, muffins.. equally. They have got good seating space some inside the store and some outside of it as well.

We went to Caffe Umbria for warm drinks on a cold morning. The staff was pleasant and swift, and the drinks we got were very tasty. The only complaint is that the sizes were a little smaller than we expected. The "large" here is a few ounces smaller than a "large" at some other places, so just make sure you take a good look at the cups before you order. Otherwise I think this is a nice place, and I'll probably come back next time I'm in the area.

Cute cute cute downtown coffee spot. If you live or work in the area it is a must. The only downfall is the tables are in an adjacent building's vestibule.

Coffee is great. Machine color rules. Great chocolate coming with the cup. Seating area makes it 4.5 stars..

Great stop for espresso in river north. Separate adjacent work or chat area next to the coffee shop makes it great for multi-use.

A real gem hidden in Chicago's little Italy. High quality espresso based beverages and excellent service

Wow. I was told by the barista they’re know for their espresso, but that oat milk cappuccino was off the charts and the gluten-free vegan chocolate hazelnut cookie was a perfect sidecar. No bathroom, but a nice space to sit and savor your coffee before being on your way. Love trying new places, but will likely make this one a new habit.
