Wide selection of coffee, tea, and pastries with a classic coffee shop atmosphere. They also have filling, healthy plates if your looking for more than just a muffin.

Usually love this place but they were out of absolutely everything. Finally found something to order and when they brought it to the table, you guessed it, they were out of one of the ingredients. Surprised they don't have more gluten free stuff. Left feeling very disappointed

Scared grounds is a great place if you like Coffey or tea there tea is on point and they also do good food from what i heard worth a try. Its chill place to relax or go sit on ur computer and get stuff done they have an old pay phone to if u need to make a call.

Their coffee is delicious and their food is impressively cheap and vegetarian! I recommend the beet burger, the hummus wrap, the peppermint mocha, and all of the pastries!

My wife and I love this little place. Interesting folks, great homemade desserts, friendly employees, and good coffee. We actually plan our shopping around this place.

we used to go to this place pretty much every weekend for brunch, fresh brunch and so delicious coffee, I went there again last week and noticed some changes in staff but still a great place!

Sacred Grounds is my favorite local Cafe. They offer great brunch food and have a welcoming environment.

Awesome drinks and foodie level food! I’d you see the chocolate babka, get it!

I love the idea of vegan biscuits and gravy but it was way too salty. Good idea, but it needs a lot less salt

Halfway through my bike ride today, I stopped for an ice coffee with my hubs. Great coffee, oatmeal cake and atmosphere. Too bad Edwardsville wasn't this cool when I went to SIUE!
