Only because I couldn't leave zero stars. New management, same old broken and inefficient processes. Once again this morning, after waiting for nearly an hour, we found they (once again) had failed to successfully convey an order I watched being written down ten feet around the corner to the kitchen without losing it. After an hour of waiting we asked for our money back and left. This is the only establishment I've ever encountered where our orders have been completely lost multiple times.

Always a wonderful time. The food is fresh and hyperlocal. The owner and staff present a laid back atmosphere. Warning: get in early since items will run out.

Great food. Had a grilled eggplant sandwich and wild rice soup followed by a pecan caramel bar. Delicious and reasonably priced. I've paid more for less. Generous servings. Relaxing place for me. Reminded me of my youth. Good food speaks for itself. About half of the other customers I saw were my vintage. I live about 12 miles away but it is now a destination. Refreshing and encouraging to find a cafe like this close.

My favorite local coffee shop. Great pastries and coffee. A good selection of paninis and other food; the sundried panini is my favorite. I especially love the art installation that gets changed out every month, highlighting local artists.

A nice little coffee shop downtown. I do like that you can pay for coffee either as a cup or an unlimited thing. (which .. is dangerous for my husband) but I like that they have 3 or 4 different kinds of coffee brewed and you can choose what you'd like or you can order something specialty. It's clean, the staff were welcoming, they had a few board games for customers to sit and play if desired, and it was an all around laid back experience.

Love songs have been written about this place historically. But several times I’ve stopped in to find NO vegan options. That’s disappointing!

Great people, great atmosphere and wonderful food. This is the perfect example of a local traditionally untraditional Cafe with its board games and ever rotating local artist offerings. Their homemade signature "magic bars" are one of my guiltiest pleasures and their vegan offerings are the best on town. I highly encourage everyone to swing by and try a cup if they're ever on main or just want to relax.

The absolute worst blended coffee drink I ever had. The young man showed me a list of different kinds of drinks he could make. I ordered two different kind of drinks for myself and my wife, he then asks if we could order the same drink. Apparently they didnt have what they needed to make the coffee drinks we saw on the menu. Then we get our "blended coffee" drink, why did it taste like a banana shake? Its was full of milk and cream, no coffee if any at all. Absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy. Trash

Delicious food, warm and friendly atmosphere, fantastic coffee. A wonderful, affordable option for vegans in the Metro East area. The vegan Reuben, beet burger, and falafel wrap are some of my favorite vegan dishes in the area. Make sure if you’re going for food you go early— they tend to sell out in the afternoon! Vegetarian brunch on Sundays, regular menu not served.

This little coffee shop was amazing. Their coffee was great and the food was so delicious! Not to mention the overall style of the place!
