I really love the Vagrant coffee shops all around Baltimore, am a frequent customer and have only had good experiences. However, an employee who served us today was extremely unprofessional. After waiting 20 minutes for our coffee and seeing countless other guests receive their orders, we politely asked about our drinks. Without apologizing, the worker then muttered loudly under their breath “why can’t people just f**king wait!!!” It’s unfortunate that the Pigtown location closed down as we always had great experiences there.

Came in for a small cup of coffee and was met with Lee’s awesome service. Hands down a place where I don’t mind starting my day with. Thanks y’all.

The staff is incredibly friendly and inviting. The service was wonderful. The place was comfortable and the atmosphere warm and fun. Everyone in our party loved their drinks. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Friendly service, good space to work. Their high top table in the back works as a great standing desk. And the vanilla mint late is 👌

Small, Comfortable, and Classy. I highly recommend Espresso drinks at this coffee shop. If you are looking for a Latte, Double Shot, or an Americano you won't be disappointed.

Long wait for two drinks and both were made incorrectly to the point where we just threw them out in the trash as soon as we exited the building. Trying to get them corrected seemed pointless after waiting 20 minutes for the first two incorrect drinks. The chai latte was literally just chai concentrate in a cup without any milk and the honey graham latte I got was all milk with no syrup and maybe a splash of coffee, no espresso. Yikes.

Ohhh yeah, this is gonna be my go-to when I drop in Baltimore. Friendly, professional service, really great pastry (there's PLUM in there!), And even just a hot black coffee is done right and full of real flavor.

Before volunteering at Feastival at Rash Field, I met up with a friend at 3 Bean Coffee by Vagrant Coffee for caffeinated beverages. They have two touchscreen kiosks to order from. Alex had two iced black coffee while I had iced chai. The Iced Chai was made with Chai concentrate, whole milk, and ice. We had mini Rip Van Wafels - Dutch Caramel and Vanilla. Next time, I'll have to try their signature drinks - Lavender Latte and Almond Joy Latte!

I worked here as a barista, until It was proven to me that Vagrant Coffee has zero respect for its employees and those who have done work for the company. Vagrants Owners and Managment think it is more than okay to not pay employees, without any communication. They keep their stores understaffed, thus turning one barista into the day manager of the shop as they take orders, make drinks, food and prep for the next day all by themselves. Vagrant cannot afford to have more than 1 employee work at a time and it shows because I’m currently still waiting for my paycheck.

Used to be a big fan, and for some reason there has been a drastic change in the product. Late 2021 this place was shut down and since the product and the service has been very poor. As a person that used to go to this place daily, I can surely say the change that occurred was not for the good. The vagrant beans and the quality of the coffee overall has great potential but due to poor management and lack of importance behind delivering a quality product will lead to failure of this business. The coffee business in general has very high margins and especially if you roast your own beans and this allows for a business to pay their employees generously or hire quality barista. But this has been thrown to the wayside and I understand in the current job market it’s tough to get quality staff but this is where good businesses and bad businesses stand out if you have to squeeze your margins to provide a quality product you will reap the reward. I would like to also add, this place does not have ice so they can’t offer any ice lattes, coffees, etc. The staff has issues receiving mobile orders so you left waiting…
I suggest going to ceremony coffee as they have consistently provided a quality product.
