Tasty coffee, and nice ambience in a pretty little stretch of Key Hwy. near the harbor. The science center is directly across the street. Limited parking on the street at meters.

Great drinks and employees. Came in on a cold Sunday night and enjoyed a lavender London Fog excellently prepared by the barista, an Asian gentleman, who was very polite. They were out of the almond milk I wanted but I still enjoyed it—shortages due to COVID, I suppose. There was another employee there who was also very gracious and welcoming—they made a great atmosphere for this little coffee shop. Give these guys a raise!

Honestly the coffee was truly terrible the last time I was in here. Service has gone extremely downhill, there appears to be a change in staff and it’s unfortunately a change for the worse. I asked to speak to a manager and no one was present, and I was unable to get a phone number to contact the manager. Do not go here. Your money is much better spent elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The cafe has a policy of “no dogs” inside. I tied my two puppies outside and went to quickly order a coffee from the touch screen menu. I went back outside to make sure my puppies were fine and were not bothering potential customers. I was outside several minutes in the cold and it was only when I went to see if my drink was ready did the rude male barista say that the order hadn’t processed yet because I had not selected a receipt option.

His attitude is what made the whole experience the most unpleasant I’ve had. He stood there not doing anything, with his hands crossed and looking bored. When I asked why he couldn’t have told me since he knew I was outside waiting, he said “WHY IS IT MY FAULT YOU CANT READ.”

I was rushing to get out to comply with the rules of the cafe and ten seconds of consideration would have been appreciated. But saying I can’t read! There are PLENTY of other great places to get coffee with better people and genuine customer service

was a decent place to grab WiFi and work, chill... not everyone maintains a normal decibel when talking, but otherwise---outside of that---most are respectful and the baristas do a good job of bringing out your order and cleaning up the place a bit

Showed up at 8:40 on a sunday and the place was totally closed. Very confusing and sad as I’d have loved to try the coffee!

** plot twist! Went back around 10aM and place was up and running. Check out system was a little chaotic but- COFFEE WAS TASTY! Iced oat cortado- couldn’t have asked for better

I placed an online order for this location and paid online, including a tip. My pickup time was 7:45 AM (online hours said it opened at 7), but when I arrived, the door was locked and the lights were off. I wasn't in a hurry, so I hung around the area and checked back after 8 AM and still no luck. I tried calling, and the number didn't go through. I understand that things happen last minute, so I figured I'd email them to get my money back. I've emailed twice now with no response. I also reached out on IG, where Vagrant Coffee HAS been active, and my message is either unseen or ignored.

Unfortunately, this experience was consistent with the many times I want to the now-closed location in Pigtown - I'd constantly order things online and show up to find out they didn't have what I ordered. They have great coffee, but they need to put measures in place to make sure they don't steal people's money.
