What I noticed first was how big and CLEAN (So clean) the store is. If your still into reading books that consist of paper and turning a page I without a doubt recommend Barnes & Noble. Great customer service and also a very quite environment. 💯👍.

Just like most B&Ns, a lot of choices to pick up and read. They had a long wall for manga readers which wasn't expecting. Great customer service desk to help look for missing books or inquires.

Incredible feel as soon as you walk in the door! love the smell of books. The staff was polite and interested in finding anything we were looking for. The children section is incredible. My daughter loves it. Not to mention how I love drinking Starbucks as I browse through the food section as well as business. I hope people never lose sight or appreciation for the value of reading a tangible book in comparison to simply adding files to a kindle.

Well organized, decent science fiction selection. They make the choice to separate SF from fantasy, though, which can get confusing. Most importantly: this was the first time I got to go into a building sans mask. That bumped up my experience to magical.

Admittedly, I have not been inside a Barnes and Nobles in years. So, when I went in today I was pleasantly reminded of how much I love book stores! Also, I don't know if it's because it's the holiday season, but they had a ton of unique games and toys. I don't remember there being so many toys the last time I went to a B&N.

The kid's section was huge. And they had a pretty sizable bargain section. We were there to find an encyclopedia type book about dinosaurs for a 10 yo but had difficulties finding exactly what we wanted. Also, a lot of the items are more expensive than from online, of course. But there sure is something to be said about the smell of new books and being able to browse and flip through the book before buying.

It's always a wonderful experience coming to this store. We'll stocked, polite employees, and a wonderful Cafe.

LOVE that I can get free shipping at Christmas (or any time) with my membership. I was so glad employee, Lisa, told me about it, as I have grand children all over the U.S. and since I'm disabled, going to the post office on the holidays is a nightmare. I have poor eyesight and once again, Lisa helped me find everything I needed. LOVE the coffee shop, it's so nice and clean!
