Love everything about B&N!

They've moved things around a bit since my last visit, but it was super clean, I found some great books and the employees were helpful and friendly.

Best book store! It's huge and they have a large toy section too. Plus a Starbucks for drinks & snacks. There are places to sit and read or eat. Love it!!!

Got my MY GRANDMOTHERS HANDS BOOK. The book sellers were very kind to call and let me know the book was in. Love their customer service. Hope they never ho out of business!

The cashier was snotty to an elder gentleman when he told her he had a coupon. She I guess didnt pay attention when he told her the first time and went ahead and cashed him out. When he inquired about it she said sorry cant take it now but here's a bogo cookie coupon. Way to keep customers. Would have only taken a minute or two to do a quick refund and re ring. That older man probably didnt really want anything and was just excited to use the coupon.

great selection. I usually buy manga and they have the ones i need. also cute cafe and amazing staff.

Love this store! Enjoy sitting on the sofas reading books and love to get a special coffee drink while I'm there. Great place for the family to visit and purchase books.

Books are always in stock that I am looking for when I visit, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, organized and clean plenty of parking, and Starbucks has been a good experience too.

They have a fantastic bargain section and I absolutely LOVE the new toy section! The staff is always very helpful and polite. This is one of my favorite stores!
