LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE PEOPLE.

Just so you know they are NOT open maybe for pick up and stuff but the inside is empty and even the Starbucks is closed. I don’t see why they’d be open to go shopping inside since people touch everything in there and you can’t sit and spray books like the desks. So no they are not open to go inside to shop there’s never a single soul in there even now.

I love browsing in this store. Sales personnel are very helpful with any item/book you may want. It's great when the item is in the store, however they are happy to order it for you & have it delivered to your house.

The instore selection of books, games, music, and video is large. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a space to read. Restrooms and refreshments. Glad we have a place to visit and view before making a purchase

I love going to bookstores and this one is one of the best. They've expanded their non-book media section which I'm fine with because I love looking at Funko Pop's, board games and any other Pop culturey stuff they have out. Store always clean and usually some hidden gems in clearance section, be sure to check them out.

I do love this B&N, however, I feel bad that the very nice cashiers have to ask a million annoying questions. NO! I don't want a membership! NO! I don't want to give you my email address so you can annoy the hell out of me with 1000s of emails. NO! I don't want to save 15 cents on my $50 purchase. YES! I want to buy my book in peace and bounce!

With a limited selection and very small fandom/sci-fi/comic book section, I find it distasteful that even the employees dislike the books they are given due to decisions made by suits and ties. Just another example of why I do my best to shop local only.

The store was very slow for May The Fourth and with very little staff to assist having them run all over the place was just that much more insulting.

They were well stocked. Not crowded. Very clean. Masks required, which is good. Glad to have it back open and they are setting a good example for other stores to foĺlow.

Fantastic book store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Store manager is amazing and last time I was there, staff member Neal was an amazing help! Great coffee too! Always a pleasure.
