I was having a bad day and just needed my coffee order at least to be right. It's the small things sometimes like being heard when no one is listening. It was simple. It was just a bad day.

I recently came to this location like I always do every morning before work for the past two years. Every since the new owner took over, the customer service has been shaky. This past week I went to this location and there new barrister wasn’t paying attention not only did he use the wrong milk in my coffee he allowed the plastic container around the carton to fall in my drink. When I called to speak to someone about it, what a coincidence he answered the phone. He put me on hold and then hung up. When I called back no one would answer. I have since tried to reach out to the owner who also hasn’t responded to my email. The only person who cared enough to try and address this situation is the manager Paige. The owner has gone through I don’t know how many new employees since he’s taken over. The customer service most of the time is bad. He didn’t care to follow up with me even though the germs from the plastic could have made me sick, anything bad could have happen and he doesn’t care to address a concern like this.

There was only 1 employee, probably due to staffing issues, but the service didn't suffer at all! He was great! Even though he was very busy, he took time and effort to make my dog a pup cup! Awesome! I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who helped me... 😒

Friendly, fast service.

I'm changing my rating and review. Ever since they got new management, they have really stepped up. The drinks taste better the staff is more friendly and the wait time is less.

Drive through service is atrocious. Many times it takes forever to get the line through. Last time I'll be going to this location. After 10 minutes of not moving in a line with three cars in front and 3 cars behind me, I gave up and went in. When asking the cashier, which took 5 minutes to acknowledge me, if a coffee would take 10 minutes to make, as this was the drive through wait time, I got a very snotty no from her. So the aweful customer service along with the terrible drive through ability of this location has made me turn away. Go to Biggby, the coffee is good, just steer clear of this one.

Ordered a mellow hot chocolate, carmel hot chocolate, and 2 waffle sandwiches, everything was good except the carmel hot chocolate it was carmel milk no chocolate at all for how much they charge the drinks should be correct! Was looking for a treat now in grossed out.
