Rude Woman at counter. Corrected me on cadence of how to order a drink and then got order wrong on 4 out of five drinks all while talking on cell. Why bother. Biggby is 4 or 5 star at other locations. Go to them.

New ownership has completely turned this place around!! I had been here a while ago and it was awful! But I went today and the staff was friendly, the drinks were AMAZING, and the atmosphere was just a whole world better!! It feels like the employees are actually happy to be there now!! I'm totally impressed! Will definitely be back!!!

The young lady who started my order was extremely nice. She also made my drinks as well. However, a young man came to assist with one of three drinks ordered. I wouldn't say he was nice or rude. His personality was very mellow, which is fine. The only thing that I had an issue with... Most Biggby locations allow you to place your own lid on the cup regardless of which drink you order. This location apparently takes care of the complete order if you order a specialty drink. This would be a nice gesture, however, there was way too much cross contamination going on. The young man had a slight rash of some sort on his arm. He proceeded to scratch his arm. He used the same hand/s to make the drink and place my lid on the cup. He was a young man, SO I didn't say anything. I didn't want to make him feel bad. However, cross contamination can make others ill, so should be addressed in training. Not only was he scratching, he also was also handling cash and the register with the same hands. The young lady was handling money as well prior to making drinks. I left out of this store feeling like all of my lids were filthy (between scratching and handling money), thus waited until I arrived home to transfer my coffee into another cup to enjoy.

Super friendly staff! One of the baristas spent some time engaging with our four-year-old. Very sweet. One con: small location with a less cozy atmosphere than larger locations.

First time going to a location with a drive thru, didn't like it very much. Biggby locations tend to have a homey personal feel when going inside to order. I felt rushed in the drive thru. I didn't know that we couldn't use more than one coupon at a time, not liking that very much since I was only able to redeem one reward at a time. This isn't a location I'd likely be back too seeing that I was only in that area for a specific reason.

I don't understand why they're closed half the mornings that my lady and I come by. Upon this review, we waited 5 minutes at the speaker for no response and had to order at the window and waited another 10 minutes for our order while they were debating on how to make their own product.
I'd approach this particular Biggby with extreme caution from now on.

I've purchased at this location in the past and have experienced long wait times at the drive-through, but wanted to try again as this location is supposedly under new management. Being that it is Wednesday when I went, I decided to take advantage of their "$3 Latte Wednesdays" promotion. I checked their website prior to arrival to make sure that this location was part of the promotion and Clawson was indeed listed. However after waiting in line I was told that this location does not participate in the promotion. I left with no coffee and would highly suggest that the website at minimum be updated. Having this location not be part of such a large marketing strategy by Biggby Coffee is a misstep by the new management. There are better coffee shops in the area to spend the money that they ask for their coffee, which tends to be premium in price, but not quality.

This is new Biggby though, so they'll get better with time.
Come here about once a week.

New Management has made the difference! Clean bathrooms and seating areas, a small but efficient drive-thru, and fun daily trivia now adorn this cute little Biggby. A much better look than when it was under previous management.

I usually come here for coffee on my lunch break and I've never had a problem or a bad coffee. I tried yesterday, but I forgot my face mask in my car. When I walked in the door, I was nearly yelled at and it was kind of shocking. Both baristas were really rude so I just left.
There's a sign near the door about wearing a mask, but it should be closer to eye level. When you're in a hurry, it's easily missed as it is to the left of the door at waist level. 🙃 I won't be back here for a while, unfortunately. I wear a mask for 12 hours a day at my job and simply forgot since I was on my break.
