Great coffee and service. Love this place.

Super nice and helpful staff! Got a 24 oz milk chocolate (although it tastes and looks like white chocolate) frozen hot chocolate.

Did not like the tone of one of the workers. Rudely told me where the line starts on my first time there. Great coffee tho

Clean, bright, friendly store. Biggby has way more drink options than Starbucks and is cheaper.

Pro Tip: Get the Sugar Free Red Bull Creeme Freeze with Fresh Strawberries. It is SO GOOD and pretty low calorie!

The Clawson Biggby is clean, the staff is friendly, and they prepare drinks quickly and well. The store is a tight with limited table space, about half of them have access to power. It seems to always be pretty quiet, which makes it a nice place to study.

This location is under new ownership and they are PHENOMENAL!!! They are kind and personable! This is my go to coffee spot! I can not say enough good things!

Stopped in for a coffee today. Coffee was barely warm and the young man who prepared the orders was more than rude. Needs some improvement with customer service. I won't be back!

Gotta try their HOT or COLD CARAMEL SPICED CIDER.

Bigby is a great LOCAL MICHIGAN owned company and I would drive past 10 Starbucks to go to Bigby. There whole bean coffee is delicious unlike Starbucks which I find to be bitter and put off ish. They also have a drive through too which is fast too.

I reserved a large to-go box of coffee for 6:15 this morning, showed up on time and the store was not open. Found an associate in the back messing with a lock on the back door who told me his manager slept in. Thankfully Starbucks was open down the street and I got one there but I was very late to work. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning.

Great service and very friendly staff! Sausage egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich was very good and filling.
