Had the person I front buy my coffee last time I was there. Always good coffee. Really friendly and helpful staff. I needed a good sugar free option and the girl there went above and beyond to help me find a healthy option that tastes really good.

No noticeable change in speed here. Reluctantly gave it another shot only to be disappointed yet again. Been in the drivethrough line for over ten minutes behind another vehicle. Can't wait to see how long it takes once I actually get to the window. (Sigh) Shoutout to John though, he's the hero of Biggby, man deserves a raise.

Management must not read nor care about the poor reviews on here. Same complaints over and over! Slowest service! Numerous times I've left the line after nearly 10 minutes of waiting behind only 1-2 cars prior to getting to the talk box to even place an order. Maybe someday the franchisee or management will pay attention.

I'm disappointed in the Haslett store. I did a daily stop using the drive through all summer. I always order the Super iced coffee with cream. Two times I received ice tea, not coffee. I didn't call or drive back the first time. The second time I called & left my name & number & was told I'd receive a call from the manager. Never did. So I haven't been back.

I felt when the store first opened great service and clean. Now the service not so good never have enough staff and orders are messed up. Blender for the freezer drinks is terrible always chunks of ice in my drink. Drive thru speaker is terrible and orders are never confirmed. I would hate to see it closed down but I feel the owner should step up to the plate and not be so money hungry and speak with other stores to see how they can improve the haslett store for success not failure.
I stopped going there unless it improves!

This Biggby is by far THEE SLOWEST Biggby EVER, & EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! I was in line today for over 20 minutes for 1 coffee and I watched 2 cars leave. I had a free coffee else I wouldn't have bothered to wait. Plus I live 1 street over so you'd think it would be more convenient?! Nope, they don't even care that they're SO SLOW or lose business daily. Hire more help for the morning rush!!!

As a former employee at this store I have to say that the training was horrible! Before I was even properly trained the owner let me go! Definitely not a good store nor does the owner of said store seem to be a decent person. You can always judge a store by how decent the person whom owns it is! Thankfully I am never in that area much anyhow; thus avoiding this Biggby is not an issue.

My wife and I enjoy stopping by this location when we're in town to see friends as the staff is always friendly and great! We stopped by last night to get our caffeine fix and all was well in the world.
I thought I accidentally left my credit card at the drive thru window last night so I called this morning to hopefully retrieve it. They couldn't find the card but Cathrine, an assistant manager didn't stop there.
She went out of her way to look for the card, took down my contacts, called the employee that worked last night and even offered to have the GM check the security footage just to make sure it wasn't stolen.
She was so set on helping to make sure my financial life wasn't turned upside down, all to make sure she kept happy customers. Low and behold when I got off the phone my wife found the card! 🤦♂️
I will definitely be back again soon but this time I will make sure my card is securely in my wallet, but if I forget it's nice to know Cathrine will have my back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went to the drive thru thinking it would be faster since I had my children with me. Sat in line for over 10 minutes to have the person at the window come ask what did I order. Seriously!?!?!?! Almost 10 minutes later we finally get the one freaking coffee we ordered. I won't waste my time or money here ever again. Next time at least apologize for taking 20 minutes to make one coffee!

Went here to meet with someone. There were very few tables for the amount of space in this location. People actually left as soon as they walked in because there were not enough to places to sit in the hour I was there.
I went to order an iced drink and they said they were out of ice and needed to go to the gas station (which was open) across the street to get some. I said ok and that I would wait.
After an hour I went back up to the counter and asked the status. They said no one had went and they didn't have time. So everyone in there including the drive thru had no options for iced or frozen drinks and that was apparently acceptable.
We left and went to another coffee shop. I don't understand how this location stays open considering how poor the customer experience is. I'll never go again.
