Most incompetent drive thru I've ever experienced, it is the absolute worst. Their process makes no sense! Getting my order is like pulling teeth every time. Please look at other biggbys and ask how they run the drive thru. The employees at this location do not respond to me with any customer service skills, and I have to repeat my order twice for them to understand. Today, the girl at the drive thru charged me $16 for 1 grande $5 coffee, and could not figure out what went wrong. And the MANAGER was not trained how to give my money owed back to my card! She only knew how to give cash back. There are SO many leadership issues with this location.

Well this is the first time I've been to Biggby Coffee and I can say that I had a caramel latte and it was delicious I even saved half of it so I can have a cold as well and it was still good

Love it every time I go there. I only get one kind of coffee cause that's all Ive ever had. Its the Butter bear. I get it hot, not cold. It is Delicious !!!!😋

2 stars for convenience since I live up the road, but I am pissed. Straight up. Last week I ordered my usual coffee drink, and I gave the woman my Biggby card, and my debit card. She tells me "It's your free drink so you're all set!" I was unaware, and I didn't want to use my free drink at that particular time. Fine. So she "says" she puts the free drink back on my card, and charges me $5.40 on my debit card. On with my day I go. I go in this morning and order my special free drink. First, it WASN'T what I ordered. Since when does a Fluffy Cloud have mocha in it, and SECOND she claimed my free drink wasn't on my Biggby card, and I only had one point. So I had to pay $6.76 this morning for a coffee. Lady working with me just comes out with "Oh sorry. Yeah, you still owe us $6.76" with her computer telling her my free drink was charged, BUT SO WAS MY DEBIT CARD. NOT happy about my order being wrong (probably for the 5th time at this location) because I hate mocha, but I am LIVID that your workers are messing with my money. I don't care which one I get back, but I am NOT paying for one of these drinks and I want my money back since you decided to charge me on my "free" drink that wasn't what I even ordered. I am PISSED. I gave her my Biggby card and told her to keep it, because it was so worn out from using it for the last 5 years, and I was planning on getting a new one (supposedly) after this initial free drink. I want resolution with this or you lost a very dedicated customer because this isn't the first time this has happened at this location, but it'll certainly be the last.

Barista was nice but the Biggby Best was not hot. When I pointed this out, I was offered another pot to "top off" my cup. Not cool. Also, lots of empty space in seating area but no comfy chairs and many of the tables are dirty. Revising to 4 stars as I was offered a nice hot replacement cup. Thanks. You redeemed yourselves!

Order from this biggby everyday for my co workers and I and got the worst customer service this morning. Definitely will be giving my buisness elsewhere for now on.

How in the world does a Biggby have 2 people working during the rush hour in the morning? If this was a once in awhile occurrence, I would brush it off to someone calling in sick or not showing up, but every time I come here, it is a huge wait. The owner should quit being so greedy and staff the store with the correct amount of people. You aren't paying your workers that much. I will now being going to Okemos instead.

When it is busy the drive thru takes 20-35 min. This morning I waited 30 min which was pretty frustrating. But it's a convenient location with friendly staff. :)
