When this place first opened, it was disgusting. And by that, I mean I thought it would close within a year- service was not great, drinks were never delicious (and with the price, I want it to be decent), sometimes orders were totally wrong, and the overall experience was typically poor. Months later, it got a little better and declined again... The turnover of employees is strange, I have never seen a Biggby with as many new faces as this one, which makes me wonder why.....
If you're in a hurry, don't go here, its ALWAYS slow. The drive through is convenient but not fast. IF you use the drive through I recommend adding 20 minutes to your travel, I have sat anywhere from 5 minutes (no big deal) to 25 (big deal). The inside is usually faster, but sometimes that is slow as well. I do not feel like there is enough staff in the morning, maybe that's why its slow?
I'll be honest, I called corporate about this loacation a while ago after a string of bad experiences. I did TRY to call the location first but the phone rang and rang...The icing on the cake was watching a customer nearly throw her order at am employee, I felt for her and thought perhaps more training was needed. That said, I did eventually get in touch with a manager of this location and he assured me he would talk to the employees about customer service, mixing drinks and what it means to be a team member. Drinks got better for a while, they started to taste like what you are actually hoping for from a Biggby, but it is super inconsistent.
Today we went in for 4 ciders and all of them are gross. They aren't the usual "just right amount of sweet." Either someone isn't mixing things correctly, or they forgot to put something in it, but it's not quite right. Also, Wednesday is $3 day, we got 4 (2 24oz and 2 20oz if it matters) as I said. 4x3=12, we had a birthday drink and a bogo.... cashier took both coupons and our bill was $11 and some change.... I don't understand the cost, but I'm happy to pay it if the drink tastes better than liquid disappointment.

Ridiculously slow! If there's more than two cars in the parking lot it's really stupid to stop unless you have lots of time to burn . As of today I started going to a new Biggby. It is out of my way to work, but the staff is more efficient in filling orders and I don't wait 10 minutes for my drink or to place my order. The staff at the Haslett location is friendly and nice, but the last few times I chose to bite the bullet and wait for my coffee an excessive amount of time they screwed up my drink......Americano with cream. Unfortunately I didn't take the lid off either time to check and didn't notice there was no cream until I was 20 minutes away. This was after I sat behind two other people in the drive thru for at least 12 minutes. Basically I sat for an excessive amount of time for a drink I didn't order more than once in the span of 3 days. Mind you, I stopped every single morning on my way to work and order the same thing.
As of recently, its gotten much worse. Ive now noticed, while sitting in the Drive-Thru, people behind me leave more times than not. This is usually after they've already ordered and sat behind me for approximately 10 minutes and we haven't moved. I heart this place but unless they figure out a more efficient way to serve customers I can't afford to stop on my way into work anymore.

Slow and inaccurate, especially if going through the drive-thru. Having to wait upwards of 15 minutes for the wrong drinks after being questioned about them multiple times is not ideal. Avoid if possible for now, hopefully this location will get better again with time.

Drive thru service is extremely slow; expect at least a 10 minute wait, and that's on a good day! Apparently, they can't hear you either because they ask numerous times what you said, even when you enunciate slowly, clearly, and loudly! Finally, asking for skim milk does NOT mean the whole drink is low calorie; I just want skim milk! I thought this would be convenient for a quick drive thru, but I'd rather drive a few miles away than wait forever to get the wrong drink!

I like this biggby. I know most of the staff and they are friendly if you talk to them. The drive-thru mic/speaker seems to have serious issues so i recommend going inside. The wait for your drink is similar (how busy they are and if they have a new hire being trained). I personally know some of the management and know for a fact that they hired 2 or 3 people within the last month. so people complaining about longer wait is expected when someone is being trained; it happens in any public service industry. People also assume someone with "manager" in the title is alway on shift which isnt true of most fast food/coffee places. Some store openers and closers are not always authorized nor necessarily trained to put money back to a card as there are more hassles for the business as well as security risks for both the business and the individual recieving the money. Look at things the view of someone whos trying to learn a job to simply earn minimum wage. How do you expect good service when the customers are pissy and unconsiderate of what might be causing a delay in your order. Ive never worked at a coffee shop, but come on people. Grow up!

Slowest biggby in the area. Have spent 20min in line waiting for two vehicles.

Mint mocha with extra shot was made perfectly, and the cashier/barista was awesome.

Came in tonight more than an hour before this location was scheduled to close. The girl working lied and told us she couldn’t serve us because she couldn’t open the till. However, while we were waiting for someone in our party to use the restroom, she opened the till and started counting money. If you don’t want to work, just say you don’t want to work…

This biggby really needs to get it together. I live right down the road and would stop every morning if I could but the first time I went I was in line for 15 minutes this was in October. I'm not exaggerating, so I avoid it. Today I thought to myself well maybe they were just having a bad day. I pulled in and I was the only one in line and I couldn't see customers at the front counter waiting. I waited for 5 minutes, no one came and took my money or even looked my way. I pulled away people do not have 15 mins or more to wait on their way to work. Good luck guys, but maybe you'd should consider a timer for line time to get a sense of urgency.
