Biggby Coffee

Worst biggby I’ve ever been too took 15 minutes to get a single drink . I’ve worked in retail before this isn’t acceptable when not busy.

Was told at the drive thru ordering speaker “I’ll be with you in a minute” when getting to the window one car in front . Took several before ordering.

Three staff members standing inside by the front tills playing on cellphones not assisting Drive Thru operator . Train your staff better .

Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches, slightly pricey but still good.

Only go here if you don’t have plans for the rest of the day. The coffee is good and food is good and warm but waiting 30 mins when there are two cars in-front of you. NOT WORTH IT! This time we left to go to McDonalds. Half the prices and quarter of the wait time.

You can't not love Biggy! Especially if you're a coffee connoisseur so it's all about the staff and cleanliness On 32nd street in Hudsonville the store is ALWAYS clean and the staff is great! I'm a delivery driver so I have the privilege of observing their fast friendliness with other customers and their efficiency behind the counter several times a week.

My only complaint would be that one day I asked if I could call ahead when I was just a few minutes away so that they would start the order. I was told "absolutely!" The next day I called there to say I'm less than 5 minutes away could you please start the order for _______ and I was told we will start it when you get here... so which is it Biggby managers?

Personally I think if the driver is willing to call ahead & the store has received the order ahead of the customers that are coming in, the order should be started. After all, these restaurant mobile apps were meant for expediency for the customer which should include the driver for the delivery app the customer chooses. It's the exact same thing if a customer use the mobile app to order and pick it up themselves... Should they have to wait in line like everyone else who just pulled in? The answer is no.

I'd really like to hear a response from the owner.

Back to the positive side, When I've had to wait I go back and sit in my car and there have been a couple times that one of the girls ran the order out to me and I really appreciate that! It's really above and beyond.

It really takes a lot for me to give five stars as I have worked in the service industry or had my own businesses in the service industry. The girl that has ran the orders out gets 5 stars from me! The store and their policy / procedure for the delivery app orders needs to be resolved. Then I will add the earned stars🤩

Something is always the matter at this location. I’m a very, very frequent Biggby-goer, and this location always seems to be closed at a different time, last time I ordered and they were completely out of Red Bull, and not to mention the iced coffee tastes different everytime. Consistency might not be key here, I’d pitch the extra pennies in gas to go to either of the Baldwin locations.

Not sure what has happened over the last 6 months, but this Biggby location has gone down the drain. Absolute slowest Biggby in all of west Michigan. I’ve had to drive off twice now because of long waits. Like over 30 minutes. Get better or shut down. This is ridiculous.

Trash location, I order the same thing every time and it tastes different every single time. This time it tasted like water, I would have asked to have them remake it but my wife picked it up for me on her way home. The service is usually slow too, if there’s more than two other cars in line we can expect to wait 15 mins in line. We go to the Jenison location any time we can.

I reached out to the owner after their comment response, I did not get a reply back.

This is my favorite Biggby location near us. The drive thru is very convenient, and though they might not be the fastest my order has always come out correct. Love the iced lattes!

I've been a long time regular to this location. I typically get a 20oz. mocha mocha w/ two extra shots no whip. I've seen baristas come and go over the years; some good and other alright. There are times I go and my drink is spot on, and I drink down like it's nothing. Then sometimes it's just off. It's like I feel forced to drink it since I already have it. After the baristas have been there awhile they get my drink down good, and I only really have that issue if there's a new batch of them training. Also if any of you workers are reading this and really want to treat me, I had a barista who would still put the chocolate drizzle on even though I'm not getting whip, and I really like it. Well anyway it's my favorite location. Sometimes there is a wait, but what do you expect when they're juggling both a line in the lobby and one at the drive thru, so if you're in a hurry add a few extra minutes to you commute if you plan on swinging by during a busy time. I'll continue to keep coming here, and enjoying my drink. Thank you to the wonderful staff there, and I hope this review helps any possible customers make their mind up. It's worth it!

Today on sept 25, 2020 me and my co worker went through the drive through to get some food for our shop, and were saddened to find out that when we got out sandwiches they did not only get the orders wrong but also didn’t even cook the egg in either of our sandwiches. I Literally felt like it came straight out of the fridge. I’m sorry Bigby but that is poor effort and craftsmanship if you can cook and egg in a microwave you shouldn’t be in business.
