Absolutely without question this is the best Biggby in West Michigan. I appreciate them doing not only Sunday but also Monday BOGO days. The baristas are friendly, the coffee/food is always fresh, and it’s overall a great location.

Horrible baristas, rude and slow. I ordered a maple waffle sandwich with bacon, I reached my destination i was given a normal bragel with egg and cheese. I was over charged and wasted my Maple waffle sandwich coupon very frustrated.

Customer service is sub par, service is slow (12-15 minutes for a coffee), and you get were independently owned thrown in your face alot when asking about emails you get from bigby. It doesnt look like the floors ever get vaccumed or the counters get cleaned. Been here numerous times with it being on my way to work and ive never been more disappointed with a Bigby. Needless to say i will be driving out of my way to go to a different bigby.

Took along time just to make my brakfest bagel. Spent more time talking then making it. Was undercooked and didn’t use gloves to make the whole thing. They are very friendly but needs to take things professionally

I enjoy supporting a Michigan company and enjoy their coffee. However, this location, in addition to more and more of them, the music is always too loud here. It is tough to do any work or read a book while enjoying your coffee.

Great atmosphere and coffee. Always friendly service. The barista even gave me a free coffee one time because there was a long wait in the drive thru. She even apologized for the long wait. My wife and I love this location.
