Charming bakery in downtown Mackinaw. The doughnuts are delicious and the coffee is the best within 50 miles! Friendly service too!

The staff was amazing. They took the time to tell me what was in the pasties. My husband and I really enjoyed them with the beef gravy. The doughnuts were also great!

Great coffee, excellent doughnuts, and superb croissant egg breakfast sandwiches. Establishment is clean and well kept. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and quick. Not showy quick, knowledgeable quick. 5 of 5, would recommend.
In fact, I recommend getting coffee and a doughnut then walking across the street and watch the sun rise over the Strait of Mackinac.

I cannot recommend this enough! I’m so glad I stopped to pick up danishes from here on my trip. They’re GREAT! I’m not a fan of cherries but since I grabbed the last strawberry croissant and last blueberry ones, I just took a cherry too. And it’s so much more to my liking than other cherry Danish I tried. Nice lady at the counter served me. Unfortunately they didn’t have brownies.
If everything else is like the danishes, then you can’t go wrong no matter what you get. Definitely stop by for baked goods! I regret not getting breakfast here too.

I got the egg and cheese croissant and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! The big doughnut was so light and fluffy and inside the store was so quaint and cozy! Would definitely go back again!

Stopped in several times on our recent trip North. My son loved the éclairs and I loved the cappuccino. Very friendly staff! The dining area and restrooms were very clean.

Coffee was ok; nothing special, but plenty drinkable. Have had better sticky pecan rolls. The fritters seemed like they were a day old. But deep fried dough is always welcome. Service was friendly and good.

The folks working were really friendly despite the line being a bit long. The donuts and chai latte were delicious and reasonably priced!

Best kept secret in the entire state🇺🇸. I have been stopping at this bakery for as long as I can remember. Always a stop before crossing the bridge and a stop on the way back. The pastries and donuts are the best around. You can put this bakery up against and new La Tee Da fancy bakery and this will win hands down. Kids love the monster donut 🍩 the Service is always given with a smile even during a pandemic with some customers acting like they are above the Governors orders and refuse to wear a mask. Trust me a mask 😷 only makes a lot of these non believers look better with half that face covered.
Make sure you stop here if your lucky 🍀 you can sometimes get donuts 🍩and pastries 🥮 when they are still warm 🥰
