Lindström Bakery

Half of the bakery is organic dry foods like spices and a variety of flours. The half I visit has delicious crispy cake donuts. You can get the donuts or donut holes in plain, sugar or chocolate. Call ahead and they have a box fixed up for you. Please remember to bring cash or checks because they don't take credit cards. Also there are tables and chairs to dine in. The coffee is too weak for my preference. I enjoy reading the Lindstrom bulletin board and ambiance of the Swedish treats too.

Definitely a place that's seen better days, and at first glance looks a little off-putting, but don't let looks deceive you. We took the whole family and got donuts, cookies and biscotti. Everything was fantastic. I'd go back for sure if I'm in the area again.

Yum! Delicious fresh baked goods at amazing prices! The chocolate donut was fantastic, as well as the ginger snaps. This is must stop when you visit Lindstrom!

Stopped in here for the first time, well worth it we picked up the cinnamon toast and onion dill bread it was really good. I hadn't had cinnamon toast like that since I was little brought back many good memories with my grandma.

This place has by far the best Bismarcks that I have ever tried, custard and blueberry are my favorite with just a smudge of icing on top!

We love this bakery especially for the Scandinavian donuts - glazed. They have plain and cinnamon sugar dusted. They are a cake donut. We also love the apple crispies. They have so many specialty items like the cinnamon sugar coated toasts and ginger snaps. They have different breads, cookies, buns, sweet rolls etc. Also they have a large selection of organic spices, flours, etc. A really lovely old place. You can get a cup of coffee and sit down to eat your treat right there! We love taking the grandkids there for a treat and to show them a piece of nostalgia. But those donuts and crispies are the real reason!

Open until 3 but apparently only prep enough to last them until noon??? Wasted an hour of driving both ways just to find out all they have left are cookies. Guess I’ll just stick with the countless bakery options I have here in the city where they know how to prep enough food for the entire day.

Love this small town bakery! And the prices are so cheap!! The donuts and delicious at .70! They even have day olds for half price. Definitely a small town shop that you should stop at.

Very good donuts! Will stop here again! Have stopped in for cookies in the past which were also tasty. The Gathering Place attached makes for a pleasant spot to eat a snack with friends.

I don’t know man. We went in, we just wanted doughnuts, and the ‘gentleman’ behind the counter was just giving us NASTY looks. He had such an attitude and it wasn’t welcoming at all. He slammed our doughnuts on the counter and mumbled our total. Sucked.
