Upper Cup Coffee

1st time visiting. Latte was good. Nice atmosphere. Quiet and unassuming. I love supporting small businesses (like myself) so Ill definitely stop in again when in the area

What an amazing cafe. The drinks were delicious and the egg sandwich was perfect. Huge shout out, any CBUS coffee guy needs to stop by this place. Do yourself the favor.

Great atmosphere and coffee. Parking lot a bit small and can wait up to 10 minutes to get food/drink depending on the time of day. Worth it though! Great place to sit down and eat as well. Little loud atmosphere so don't recommend work calls here though.

Baristas had a “better-than-you” attitude. Didn’t know what a washed vs natural process was. Pour-over was mid, not bad, and modestly priced. Cool place, but the vibe was not welcoming.

What a great find! Don’t pay for parking downtown. Save the money and spend it with a very cool place with the most friendly people. Great latte and relaxed vibe. Worth a drive.

Awesome trip to Upper Cup Coffee for our Sunday Coffee ride with the Roll: Rabble Rousers Roast Ride. The coffee here is great, as well as the tasty freshly baked cronuts! I had their hot café mocha with 2 cronuts and they were delicious! They also had fresh baked chocolate muffins too. What also makes this place wonderful is they are a bike friendly stop! A staff person actually stepped outside to see if any of us needed to have their bike looked at while we were enjoying our treats! Definitely going to make this a regular stop for me.

The coffee and sandwich was really good. My server was really nice. My BIGGEST complaint is the other server that is complaining about her customer that did not leave her a tip... VERY loudly. Even questioned the customer in front of everyone. Dare I mention the cursing outloud too? Not good customer service at all.

The building has a great vibe, the music is always good, and the location is improving beautifully. It's really great to see. The coffee isn't too bad. The only issue I've had with it pretty consistently the few times I've visited is that the people at the bar could be a lot friendlier. Not chatty or very welcoming. The overall environment is really great, but that fact alone has made me a little reluctant to return.

Disappointed….wanted to like this place and coming from a fellow barista… probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Was just treated like a bother the entire time. I came in, was friendly, tipped well, idk what the staffs deal was. I get working in customer service, and having a long days, but I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a cafe, ended up leaving without the drink. Went in late morning of 3/11, and most likely won’t come back. 👎

We stopped here while on our drive back to Buffalo from Nashville. We had iced coffee and egg sandwiches. Everything was excellent.
