Uber hip clientele, for better or for worse, but otherwise, good coffee and the decaf wasn’t bad either

It was busy and there was confusion on orders. Also hygiene not as expected , sandwich was good

Love the location, atmosphere, breakfast sandwich, and of course the COFFEE! Having free wifi and supporting Black owned business is another plus.

Upper cup is easily my favorite coffee shop, the food is incredible and the espresso is just as good . As a Starbucks barista this place puts us to shame 😭 love coming here!!

Best coffee in Columbus. The Hazelnut Lattee is shockingly good.

I had a medium drip coffee (fresh and tasty) and grilled cheese omg the grilled cheese is the bomb; prices are so reasonable staff friendly

Stopped in here on the way to work and grabbed a large black coffee and a muffin. Very inexpensive and cool environment inside. I like that they roast their coffee on site.

I dropped in to pick up a Chai latte and hit the road but the vibe was so cool in there I changed my mind. I sat and enjoyed my delicious latte chatting with some locals. Definitely coming back!

Gone here for years. Last experience was meh so I gave another shot. Came in (masked up) and got treated like a bother the entire time. Dunno if it’s the masks or what, but I haven’t been made to feel so unwelcome more in my life. We were nice, we said thanks, we tipped, we bought coffee, so I don’t know what the hell I did besides wear a mask but sorry if you take offense to that I haven’t had cov1d and don’t want it. Won’t be back.
