Tim Hortons

My food has always been made incorrectly here. I almost quit Tim Hortons until I visited the one in Springfield and got hope back. The kids working there are more worried about chatting and gossip then they are about their level of customer service, always out of the things you ask for, I don't understand who does the inventory, and why they don't know their sales quota for ordering. Plus flies in the donut case and they still sell them. One time it was full of yellow jackets. This is unacceptable guys. This is a shame on Timmy Ho,,,'s. Also maybe you should have customer service training for the employees there, who think it's ok to be rude to customers, by rolling their eyes at the elderly and being shifty like they're mad that they have to do their job. Shame on you guys. This is why I shy away from places with only teenager employees.

Great service. Not had any issues. Yes at times you will have to wait but you can't control it when 15 cars pull up at once. Don't be upset at this. Its a good sign that so many people love this place. Thank you to the staff and management.

Very slow in the morning when people need fast service before work. Order is wrong a lot or food is burnt. Some of the workers are very kind. Usually better as the day goes on. Coffee is always good. Allow yourself lots of waiting time.

Stopped in at7:30pm on Black Friday. Crew not friendly. Ordered southwest turkey bacon club... no sauce on it? Not sure what makes it southwest? Everyone there acted like they knew nothing and didn't really care. I asked for sause on my sandwich.. and she tossed my plate on the counter and walked away.I stood there for anothEr. 2 to3 minutes waiting for someone to bring my water I ordered... just a rude bunch. very disappointed with this place. Young Kids that didn't give a flip about their job.

Latte was more like coffee with milk poured into it...not steamed! Staff were playing around inside and not attentive to my order. In fact, the young man who started my order abruptly left for a phone call from his unhappy mother. Yes, that's what the girl said....
No manager on duty while two employees found pleasure in throwing wadded up napkins at one another. Very dissatisfied with service all around.

Most the time my coffee is wrong! It's really not hard.. I use2 work there but had 2move on 2months ago. Worst place I worked but loved the few good ones I worked with. Trash is always overflowing in parking lot, management seems as they dnt care&get ruder by the day.

Neither of the two employees I saw were wearing masks even though it is mandated for them to do so right now. The lady making my food wasn’t wearing a mask and was eating and sticking her fingers in her mouth WHILE making my food. I just asked for a refund and left. I work in healthcare and can’t risk it.

When you order 20 assorted Tim Bits that means they will give you 15 chocolate and 1 of each of the remaining flavors. Also a Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, English muffin, or biscuit will come as sausage, egg, and cheese whatever. Absolutely incompetent.

One of the quickest Services I've seen in a drive-thru in Urbana! Their food is great, ranging from chicken wraps, to breakfast all day, and the panini sandwiches are really great!! From hot chocolate all the way to the iced cappuccinos and back to the Tim Shakes... I highly recommend

Delicious donuts. I wish sometimes the selection was better at less busy times but it still was good. Staff was friendly. The only donuts better are Krispy Kreme imo, but I am now on low carb diet and never eat donuts anyway, these were for friends.
