Tim Hortons

Weekly I hit this place up for donuts . Only problem being..... 90% of the time 1 lady is working and they have no donuts. I drive right past now. What good is it if your sign is 1/2 advertising donuts and you dont have them??!

Urbana, Ohio Not sure if the mixed berry smoothie ordered was made correctly, but YUCK! It tasted so artificial and within 15 minutes of receiving it, the contents separated! Water on the bottom half, and something I'll call "foam" was on top. Not only that it was very thin....never order THAT again!

Getting a decent cup of coffee is like winning the lottery. The coffee is always watered down and they never add the right amount of cream and sugar. I ordered a dark roast iced coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar. The manager handed me a cup of what looked like straight milk.

Tim Horton's is where my husband and I had our first date, we met up for coffee on this day 3 years ago, and today we brought our baby boy Owen with us to share the memory. We come here every year and take a pic, drink coffee, and reminisce 💕

Restroom very clean. Good and fast service. I was pleasantly surprised when the blueberry bagel tasted like blueberries. I had cream cheese on the bagel and hot tea. All was good.

Food was good. Service was "off" today. I wasn't given all my change back. So when I asked about it, the person at the window acted as if I was being an imposition to her! I didn't even get a thank you or anything.

Don't know what happened to the service. Mornings are usually ok. They used to be quick and friendly now it's a crap shoot on which you will get and if your order will be correct. The afternoons are awful their staff has the it's not my problem attitude and are slow. I recommend the management take a look and see what has changed in the last year.

Donuts are great but was dissappointed to see lack of teamwork between workers--one obviously newer staff member trying to complete our order while another fluttered around her making sure her orders were filled.. and that her nails didn't get chipped. TEAMWORK people!

Literally EVERY time I go here they're out of something I want . Then when I want to pick something different they're out of that too. Never fails. Today was a record you guys was out of 4 of the 6 things I ordered, then when I tried to work with you guys I got an attitude because I had to look at the menu and try to find something else to order . Everything I tried to switch it too magically disappeared with all the other food I wanted to order . So I just order a couple things and you guys manage to mess up the order and miss one of the only sandwiches you had to make . I was gonna go back but I don't have another 20 mins to wait again . Also your potato soup had zero potatoes in it ZERO!!!! That'll be the last time you guys rob me of my money and the last time I have to deal with little teenage brats at the window . So annoying that nobody understands what work ethic is anymore . Save your money and time and go elsewhere .

Usually Tim Hortons is my go to coffee shop anywhere! However today at noon on a Sunday after ordering and paying I was promptly greated with a slightly tinted flavorless hot cup of water. Not what I expect out of coffee.
