Great muffins and donuts, as well as coffee. Friendly staff and very clean. Highly recommend this place.

If this wasn’t the local Tim Horton’s I’d never come back. Service is terrible, takes over 10 minutes to get three bagels. I will give the young guy working credit, he was actually trying to keep things moving. While all the females had plenty of time to stand around and gossip.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes to get served by an employee with a frown on her face. The ice cap that I waited so long for was weak and thin. Needs new management.

Stopped in at 10 am on fri.,jan.29-at least 8 employees visible. We(2of us) stood at register, cashier breezed away with,"I"ll be right back"-waited 5 min -employees chatting,one running a mop,cashier looked back at us once, another employee told mopper to go to register. She said,"i thought you had already had your order taken"-.
My former job as "manager in a large retail store" experience conclusion--very poorly trained staff.. We left and went to Frischs down the street.

When you order chocolate dip donuts and they put them in a sandwich bag....so all the chocolate gets stuck to the bag and you get a plain donut. 🙄 Or when you order 2 and they give you one. And then you also have to remind them that you ordered a drink. And they want to be rude about it.

Good but very slow service. Serving sizes on the small side, especially for the higher price. Definitely not enough staff, especially in the mornings when people are in a rush before work/school/etc.
Kids Flawless Gaming
They need NEW management. Slow service and their iced Capp machine is broke down more often then not. Maybe if they overcompensated with great service this stuff wouldn't be such a big deal but that is lacking as well.

I love their breakfast sandwiches but it seems like every 2 out of 3 times I order one they screw the order up and by time I realize it I'm on my way to work and cant turn around to have them fix it.
