Yummi! Big selection of bagels. The avocado bagel could have been a bit more seasoned but all in all good food and service!

Good food and atmosphere. Always very kind and clean. The seating patio on the front is a great touch, can still enjoy the atmosphere without really hearing everything goin on inside the store. The farmhouse or the tasty turkey sandwich is the way to go, especially with a Caramel cold brew shake!

Crispy Chicken Tater Breakfast was really good. They ran out of the cheesy tater bagel but it was really good with the plain one. The cinnamon bagel was really good. Not a bagel person but their bagels are super sogt

I had such amazing service this morning when I went in for a world class bagel and ended up also with a tasty Turkey sandwich. I was very pleased with how well I was treated by the employees and left with a smile on my face.

I can see a few reviews down what looks like a disgruntled former employee and I hope that this does not let future customers deter them from patronizing Einstein Brothers. The service is great, the food is great, and they deserve the recognition!

The way this place is ran just does not make any sense, they don’t tell you how it will take to get your order ready, and you end up waiting for 35 minutes just get one bagel, the management net to run this place more efficiently,

As someone who frequented Einstein’s a minimum of once a week in Knoxville, I cannot begin to describe my disdain for this store. Poor management, poor customer interaction, poor food quality. Then today, the straw that broke the camels back, I place a mobile order, which was accepted with no issue, I arrive to the store and it is closed. Tue only item indicating a reason for this closure is a piece of paper stating the store will be closed from 7:30-7:45. It is 9:45 now, so I truly don’t understand the poor planning and the lack of concern for the customers. As someone who ran a restaurant for 15 years, I feel comfortable saying that management in this store is failing and tarnishing the name of Einstein’s.

I can promise, as long as I live in Memphis, I will be giving all my business to Panera.

Tried to give them a second chance to get my Lox correct and another epic Fail,, reminder them 3 times during ordering process. Cashier in Sandwich makers are just feet apart not sure where the disconnect is. My order is extremely easy lightly toasted sesame seed Lox with no onion - I received no lightly toasted two slices of the smoked salmon which you could mistaken it for the sliver of Tomato they put on it and they put onion on it and took it off but the sulfate and onion flavor was still in the sandwich (I'm allergic to sulfate)

Great bagels and friendly service. I had a bad experience a couple of times but for the most part the staff are professional and friendly. I misinterpreted one staff member's friendliness the one whose hair was black but she dyed it brown. If I get the chance, I would like to apologize to her because I was going through a lot at the time and I was in a bad place mentally and emotionally.

Best bagels around. My 100 year old mother and myself drive from Jackson Tn just to get their bagels.

There were 4 people behind the counter and 3 people ahead of me in line, yet somehow it took 20 minutes to place my order. The girl at the register kept turning around to talk. Everyone had to repeat their order as she was missing half of it when she entered it in every time. Food was great but they should consider getting someone else on the register. The people making the food were waiting for her orders to come through because it was taking her so long.
