Einstein Bros. Bagels

Fresh bagels everyday! The staff is always friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better breakfast spot. Unfortunately, they don't have gluten free options yet, but hopefully that will change soon.

Try the Farmhouse egg sandwich! Its my favorite.

Decent passable bagels - but the staff is just incredibly bad. I've been in here at least a dozen times and every single time they manage to mess up the order. Even when ordering with the manager. Not sure how you can consistently mess up an untoasted bagel with cream cheese.
If the bagels were better it'd be worth the consistent mess ups, but they're not.

Excellent service! They had my catering order ready and waiting for me when I arrived at 6:15, exactly as promised. Had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. David was a rockstar! Will do carryout catering business with them again soon!

First time I have ever had a poor experience at an Einsteins. The lady at the cash register was very hard to understand and was not very helpful. We couldn’t understand what she was saying and she spoke so quietly. My wife ordered the classic ham and Swiss but with no egg. When we got rang up is was abnormally high on price. We received our food and they brought it out and it was some adbomination with lettuce tomato And mayo. Nothing we had ordered. When asked the staff was very unhelpful and tried to say it was our mistake. They did not offer to remedy. Who pays. 8.49. For a classic ham and Swiss on a Asiago bagel. They tried to say we ordered a deli sandwich which isn’t even in the menu, clearly not what we had ordered. Very very dissatisfied. The Food we received was good but very poor service and unapologetic employees make for a bad experience.

I usually, when thinking of bagels, have fleeting and unpleasant thots of hockey pucks and clay pigeons. Not so with the Einstein Brothers. To be honest, I don't know the Brothers, relativity speaking. But I know their bagels. I had one with eggs, cheese, and bacon. It was hot, tender, and very tasty. I felt badly that there wasn't a Big Bell by the door so that I could pound on it... and annoy those who chose to eat their breakfast here. Their coffee is quite good, too, although I didn't get any, because I had a large cup of home brew in my car.

Great bagels & sandwiches & coffee. Staff is hit or miss -- some shifts are friendly & other times they are aloof or on their phones. They are always out of something we order - today it was chocolate chip bagels, and many times they're out of bagel dogs. Once we ordered a Nutella banana bagel topper. They were out of bananas, wouldn't give anything else in its place, and wouldn't take any off the price. But we keep coming back because we like the bagels & sandwiches.

Pretty bad experience. Waited in line for 15 minutes while they took phone orders for catering only to be told that all the new bagels they had baked were for catering only. So they weren't making any more bagels for customers in the store. So don't bother showing up to the store. Won't be back after this experience and i suggest everyone stay away if you are hoping for actual in store service. Just call.

The food is consistent, but consistently wrong. I've been here 4 times in 2 weeks and 3 of those times my order was wrong. the service is awful and if there are more than 4 customers the line becomes a free for all. No organization or leadership at this place. They need to train their employees.

I took my mom here for breakfast when she came in from out of town. Not only did we dine in but had a pretty complicated take-out order as well. The staff was awesome, on-point and very accurate with our order the first time through. I was pretty impressed.
