BIG STORE WITH LOTS OF SELECTION

I purchased the majority of my Christmas decorations from this store this year. The store has such an impressive selection for all the corners of your home. The indoor inflatable displays are impressive. The store workers were cleaning and hard at work when I visited. Definitely great quality and fair prices. This store is not on the economic side, but it is very reasonable. Check out this store and you will not be disappointed.

I did an online order for some very coveted pillows I had been to two other stores and they didn’t have them and I called to check on my online order and it was done within an hour!! I got to the store Todd came right up and helped me and he was just a nice man and I just love the store and thank you Todd you are amazing!!!

The selection they have at this store is amazing! ... everytime I come here the shelves are neatly stocked with Beautiful home decor, but the patio decor is even better. The newest designs are always on display.

Not a goood place to shop. We bought an item online. Got an email that it was ready for pickup. We get there. Email says to click once we have arrived. We fill out the portion that says what vehicle we are driving and where we parked. 10 minutes go by. Then 20 minutes. After 30 minutes we start calling. You cannot get a hold of anyone no matter what key you press. When you select to speak to someone in Customer Service it goes to a Voicemail that has not been setup yet. I tried a different number. Also goes to a voicemail, which is also not setup yet. You cannot get a human on the phone. Finally, we had to go inside and see what was happening. The guy in the store said they don't even do curbside pickup!!! Then why offer it online? And have the email that offers it?? Why not just say you have to come inside from the beginning. No apologies for the wait. No explanations. They just simply do not actually come out and bring it to you, despite telling you to wait in your car as they bring it out. Bad customer service. Or non-existent really.

They have an array of cute home decor, bedding, and items for organizing. I'd just be sure of whatever you're purchasing, because they don't exchanges unless it's the exact same product. including the color

Service is okay at best, one guy there was great but could help very little because the place is Random as can be. Everywhere you look are bins with things that, online they say they have, but at the store it's "catch as catch can!!!" It is disorganized jumbled and just plain sloppy. I wish I could say "do better" but that would involve a miracle and I wouldn't want to waste one on that store.

Went to get a new Christmas tree and decorations. That place was insane!!! Check out line was almost to the back wall. They had every lane open and was moving quickly but courteously to get the customers taken care of. The guy who checked us out was amazing! Quick but very attentive. Great holiday shopping experience. More places should be so ready for the influx of holiday shoppers.

Had a huge selection of some items and a few others rather sparse in options. We found a few good buys for middle range pricing. Overall, the store and parking area was clean. Checkout time was a bit lengthy.
