It was ok. Went in with a gift card I recieved and I was looking for throw pillows...everything was picked over and dirty. So I decided to get a bookshelf. Not a one was in the store. I finally settled on a door mat, a small rug for my foyer, a collapsible dish rack, and a tray like thing for wet shoes. A bit disappointed.

Nice and clean with alot of Christmas stuff left. They are 75% off.

Ever since Garden Ridge shut down there has been no place to go except for online for furniture pieces. This store is huge and is in the former Garden Ridge space and carries a lot of the similar items except for the craft stuff. I built a chair and needed a good size cushion and this store had the perfect size. Will be coming back here to finish a lot more projects. We also picked up a lot of throw pillows for the living room at really great prices

Store was messy & everything was thrown all around. Rugs in no order. Dresser/chest I found on line and said it was in stock was not. Clerk said it showed on stock in her machine, but she did not have it. Drove from Dallas to get the chest because it said it was in stock. So disappointed in the store. Have shopped there before!

I like this location because it is so neat snd organized. Unlike some other locations that has some of there stuff just thrown on shelves. Messing stores discourage me from shopping......which I probably need anyway since I am a shop-a-holic. 😁

I've never really been a fan of this place - it's still Garden Ridge to me with a different name..only time I actually shop here is for after Christmas for the ornament & tree sales..that just me..my mom thinks it's ok. I don't care for my furniture to be broken, missing pieces, or appear to be broken..some don't mind though - in their defense not every piece is broken & I've only been to one of their locations..I might give a different location a try.

Horrible service. Last time we were here, they gave us a little piece of paper that said "15% off valid July 1-31". So we went on July 30th and even found a red-line item (signs all over the store say the red lines indicate 50% off clearance items). When we go to check out, we're informed that our paper that they gave us isn't a coupon... Just a flyer... With an expiration date. Then when they ring up our items, they said they rang up as purple line items which are only 10% off. Apparently, the actual color of the line is irrelevant. They called Michael, the manager, over and he refused to do anything on either issue. Horrible service, and they likely lost customers for life. And if they knew my wife, they would know how costly of a mistake that was. I, on the other hand, am more relieved.

What a horrible representation of the At Home brand. If you normally love At Home, don't come here. Just go to the new one in Mansfield. The disorganization and uncleanliness of the store was the primary thing we noticed during our entire visit. Items were damaged while still displayed at full price and other things were thrown around like a riot just blew through the store. The staff was almost non existent and not helpful when you could find them. Even the small, dirty drink coolers, at the front POS area, were near empty and had no water! I would give ZERO stars, if I could.

Has good prices and a wide variety to select from. We have bought several household furnishings from there. Just wish they had coupons to offer and we would shop there more. Hobby Lobby does this couponing well.

Chivalry is definitely dead at this store. Asked for help with an 8' x 10' heavy rug and employee Chris was totally put out that I wanted help. Even though it was in a clearance area (and buried under other rugs) plus had a clearance sticker on it and a red line through the price, Chris said it wasn't on sale, took the price tag off and crumbled it up. When I asked for a manager and pulled the rug out myself to see if there was another tag on it there was, and sure enough it was on sale. When he saw me checking out he just looked the other was as I struggled to get the very heavy and bulky rug out to my car. Thanks, Chris for all of your help and customer service. Merry Christmas.
