At Home

Yesterday I was at the store in Grand Prairie to purchase advertised outdoor decor, pots and planters at 50% off. There were several aisles and large center aisle displays of sale items. I wanted to purchase 2 rod iron planters (had a display plant inside of it) and the tag attached to it stating “planter”! They would not sell to me at the discount price because they were considered “planter stands”! I talked to the store manager who was very rude and told me “I don’t know what to tell you”....very unprofessional! I left a buggy filled with several hundred dollars of merchandise! No where can I find a corporate phone number! I suppose they receive too many complaints!

Always a good option to stop here if you are looking for items to razzle and dazzle your home. They always have some good seasonal items to make your holiday a nice one. Store is moved around a bit and i am missing the luggage selection but still a nice store for home decor.

At Home is a great store and every employee has been very friendly.

Today there were multiple signs on the floor clearly stating all hampers were 50% off. Naturally I spent extra time grabbing some, only to reach the register and discover none were 50% off.

A manager double checked and confirmed the signs all said hampers were 50% off, but pointed out the comically small fine print underneath indicating I needed to scan the item to verify if the sale applied. The manager said it was misleading and questioned how I could even scan an item as a customer.

Everyone is tremendously friendly here, but I still don't appreciate the time wasted for a bait-and-switch and my cart being twice the cost advertised. I decided not to buy any, and I hope other shoppers carefully check their receipt when shopping at this store. They can do better.

We purchased these lamps for our living room. They had many lamps with various sized shades. We were able to buy bulbs and extention cords as well.

Great prices. Went looking for a different color scheme for Christmas. They did not disappoint! Lots of choices! Plus found all the stocking stuffers I needed in the register aisle.

I was looking for those pink flamingos for my lawn they where on clearance for like $4 for 2 they said the summer stuff was already on clearance. Only thing is the store is already setting up for Christmas which I thought was weird. But I would suggest if you are looking for something specific ask an employee right away. The store is very cluttered with boxes clogging several aisles. The store had generalized areas for things but it took hours of browsing to get through most of the stuff.

This place is amazing for home decor. I prefer it over Home Goods. One stop shopping from furniture, bedding, wall art, and much more. I highly recommend!!!

Love these merchandise but the store is a mess including all the wall decor aisles. Also usually no more than 1 or 2 checkers for all the people waiting and all the registers they have. I did curbside pickup today which showed online to be super easy... well it was not at all. Texted the number as instructed 30 min ahead and got there and texted 4 times and waited over 10 minutes in front of the store. Finally went in and said are you not doing curbside I’ve been texting and waited. Well checker was rude and didn’t even apologize. On top of that they had to go pull the items and then just check out as normal. Their curbside is not curbside so be prepared to go in anyway

They had some cute things but some were a little pricey. There is a large selection andclearance things were good prices. Did not get much customer service until we checked out but would definitely go back.

Very nice staff, the front door lady even helped me load in my trunk when I was alone, above and beyond but they could probably have a few more around the store.
