The staff here is awesome. I'm not a Kneader's regular, but the place was packed with them. Despite being a weekday mid-morning it quickly filled up. There were friend groups, and a princess-themed birthday party, and even some sort of training class. I did the pancakes which were fantastic, although the caramel syrup is not (I really wish they had good old maple). Only after I left did somebody tell me it was all-you-can-eat pancakes. Oh, well. If they had standard maple syrup I'd have eaten a bunch. Anyway, the rest of our group loved their food. And, like I said, the staff here can't be beat.

Had a terrible experience at this location. So disappointing. Went on a Monday morning at 10am. Place was moderately busy but not too crazy. Was 10 min wait in line and then 20 minutes to get our food. By the time food came it was luke warm. We got breakfast sandwiches and I would rate them the same as a McDonalds sausage egg and cheese just on a fancier croissant. I got a soft drink and all the sodas were flat. Okay, it happens but guess what happened when o told the woman working in the lobby? NOTHING! They didn’t care. I just didn’t get a drink. Woman who delivered our food was also cold and a bit smug. No smile. No have a good day. I’m just going to fast food next time. It’s faster, hotter, and better service.

Depending on who’s serving you, it can be awful or it can be an awfully unforgettable experience. 🤭
No matter who brings your food, the food is nothing short of professionally prepared and undeniably delicious. Check it out!

Just had a fantastic customer service experience. I went in to purchase a gift basket but the ones available weren’t quite right. I decided to buy a few things and make my own, but they told me the manager could help me. The manager took all of my things and spent a lot of time making sure the basket was perfect. He was also so kind and personable. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

I hate to complain, but I did a online pickup. I came down to pick it up when it estimated it would be ready. All I ordered was a soup and when I got there it wasn't ready, which is fine, but then the worker said they're just slammed. ( there was no one in the store). I then proceeded to wait 25 minutes in the store to receive my soup. Which only had broth in it (I got chicken noodle). Yummy flavor though just very disappointing.

I love the food here. The French toast is absolutely divine. I have it for every birthday! The syrup alone is just the right amount of sweet, and viscous enough that it spreads well without spilling off the sides. The strawberries might as well be Grade AAAAAAA, for the quality of fruit they deliver. The whip cream is like a milky cloud. The people are amazing and nice. The only bad thing about this place is the early hours of selling! I would love to come here for lunch, or dinner, or most times of day, but I can only eat there before 9! Other than that, this place is worth every penny.

We are (were) frequent kneaded visitors and usually dine at the location in Lindon. This kneaders served us chicken salad sandwiches which we’re VERY skimpy on the chicken, and the bread was stale on both sandwiches. When I took my sandwich to the counter to ask if the amount of chicken was what they typically served, both young ladies said “yes” without even looking at the sandwich. One of them eventually glanced over and reiterated ‘yes’, but as I’ve said, we’ve eaten there before and have had much more chicken salad in our sandwiches previously. I’m not one to argue with the staff…I prefer to let my feet do the walking and my wallet do the talking when I don’t come back and spend my money where I’m treated right…or at least better.

The food is good. But, nobody cleans the tables. We had to ask twice to get the table cleaned. The we noticed how dirty the inside 2 windows were. It looked like some little kid had something on his hands and wiped it all over the windows. We won't go back. It's gone downhill. Very sad.

Had to be the worst tuna sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Dry! Dry! Dry!! Not nearly enough mayonnaise—had to take a drink with practically every bite! It was supposed to have red onions? Apparently not! And $10 for just a second rate sandwich? No chips? No pickle? Nothing else? Never again! Want a great tuna sandwich? Believe me, two words: Jimmy Johns!!

I didn't eat here. I tried ordering 3 different meals and they were out of an ingredient for each one. I finally gave up and went somewhere else.
To be fair, it WAS going to close in the next hour or two, so I don't really hold it against them. Service was still polite, and the atmosphere at the two kneaders restaurants I've been to has always been great.
If they are coming up on their closing time, maybe this isn't the best place to go. That or just be willing to play, "guess what we still have in the back tonight!"
