We just ordered lunch for our office nasty salads , old lettuce tastes so gross , , what's wrong kneaders lehi you keep disappointing , ripping customers off

I haven’t been to Kneaders in a long time. The service I received the other day will detour me from returning for some time. In addition to the rude service, the soup made me ill and it was overpriced for the amount given. They were out of the bread offered with the quart of soup and she didn’t offer an alternative for the same deal. Very poor service. Maybe I will try another location next time.

I have tried several times the last few months and this location continues to disappoint. The salads have not been good and barely a salad with the limited lettuce, turkey etc. not worth the money you spend. Today I ordered a turkey sunflower salad and when I opened it there was hardly any lettuce not to mention there was absolutely no turkey at all!! I will not be back. This location has been awful.

I bought a Quart of soup today, I told the girl it looked to small, but she didn't care. When we got home I measured the soup, it was ONLY 2 cups and 1/4 cup! A Quart is 4 cups!! I called to tell them and they rudely said, Well, we don't measure how much goes into the container! I said What! You are charging me $17,50 and you don't measure? I was Cheated! And only had enough soup for 2 people instead of 4 people!!

I bought a Tuna Sandwich with virtually no tuna on it!! For $10+ I expected more protein. Won't be back.

For awhile the turkey crossant sandwich was good size and had plenty of turkey but tonight it was slim pickings on a croissant the size of a Pillsbury roll. I just wish they had better consistency. Here's half of it.

I liked the white bean chili and was glad i could get that with side salad to avoid eating too much.

Your workers do not know how to show the customers how to do things on the app. In my case, how to order my free Dome. I read the details but still was not clear if I could do that right while I was in line waiting for my sandwich. Also when I tried, it seemed like it only put the dome in my cart but did not give me a credit. I just backed out of the app.

I like to order 1/2 turkey sandwich it is excellent. Once in awhile I like to order a double fudge brownie for a treat. It is not cheap to eat at Kneaders and I can understand how the cost of higher wages etc is being passed on to customers.
From my experience the sandwiches are always fresh. But the bake goods like the double fudge brownies are not always fresh. The brownie i had today was dry and tasted day old.
Personally I think everything should be made fresh daily and if you have day old brownies, cookies, etc then you should charge the day old price which should be cheaper.

30 minute wait for “limited French toast.” They were so backed up that is all you got. People cutting in line. Staff cutting corners for orders placed later. Extremely long wait. Parking design poor. The drive through is killing their ability to perform. Avoid this location during peak hours.
