Lovely staff here! I came in with a gift card to buy a work breakfast, and wasn't sure what I wanted, so the lady at the register assisted me in picking out pastries and then also in procuring some sides of different breakfast meats for the Keto dieters at my workplace. I was worried to be a bother given the randomness and size of my order, but they never made me feel that way! Definitely will return to this location. :)

Used to love this place, their French Toast, but then 2 months ago they changed the syrup that goes with it to make it less caramel flavored and more butter flavored and now it is disgusting. They ruined a perfect thing and don't listen to their customers when they give feedback. P. S. Just went back there this morning for some reason, everything even worse. Sandwich is half size for $9 and just two fried eggs with a piece of ham and one piece of bread cut in half. The hot chocolate, they did away with the Mexican spice hot chocolate and noticed have normal hot chocolate which is actually more like hot water with a teeny teaspoon of cocoa powder and then probably a cup worth of raw cane sugar just pour it in there and melted. It tastes so nasty it's literally just like drinking liquid sugar with no cocoa taste. I don't know why they continue to run this place into the ground, but it's sad. I hope they listen to this

Can't ever go wrong with their all-you-can-eat french toast. They serve it with strawberries and cream and the yummiest syrup. Also have enjoyed their sandwiches and desserts!

Honestly, the food isn't bad. Great desserts. The place is usually quite clean as well. HOWEVER, the ratio of meat/ filling on some of their sandwiches is way off. I've seen more turkey in a bowl of soup than on their turkey avocado sandwich. Same for the French dip.

The taste was fine.

But we ordered curbside and they never brought it out. We waited a long time then had to go in and get it, and we did text them to let them know we were there. They didn't even look that busy.

But to me the worst part was I found TWO long stands of HAIR in my food!!! It was gross. I have no plans to return.

I like the food here, but it’s the service that is lacking. The following has happened several times at the Lehi store so it needs to be brought to the attention of the manager.
I made an online order and it stated that my order would be ready in 7 minutes. I got there a little late, knowing in the past, that my orders were never on time. I had to wait 30 more minutes for my order! Just give us customers a more accurate time to pick up our order so we’re not waiting so long.

Just went through the drive thru around 2:30 PM on June 1st, and the girl working the window was so polite and sweet to us! The service was quick and that employee in particular was amazing! I super wish I got her name because she made our experience so much more enjoyable. 5 stars every time!

Kneaders has good sandwiches when they make them right. Zero consistency at this location. Sometimes sandwich has adequate meat and toppings. Others times there is meat the size of my pinky finger on half the sandwich. If I wanted to have a bread and condiment sandwich I would make it myself and save $8.00. High school kid employees are super hit and miss as well. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes they are crazy slow (even when there are hardly any other customers). Just needs to be more consistent experience.

We made an online order this morning and i arrived to pick it up curbside 5 minutes into the 9-9:15 window. I texted the number posted on the sign, but no one came out with the order. After 15 minutes, the lady who was parked and waiting before I even got there walked inside and came back out with her food. So I went in and had to wait before someone came to the online order register. When I was finally noticed, the bag with my order was one that had just been sitting there ready to go. The fact that no one was bringing orders out to the cars is ridiculous since you offer curbside pickup. Our food got soggy since it was hot breakfasts, and my omelet did not come as advertised with sour cream and pico de Gallo on top.

Went to place an order online since I was without a car at work. It would not go through so I called the store to see what the problem was. I was informed they were not accepting online or phone orders so I would have to come in. What good is a delivery service if you won't take the order to begin with.
