Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

My only problem with Kneaders is that they have too many delicious items to choose from and I just want to get everything on their menu! Their breads are absolutely amazing and any sandwich you get is going to be delicious. Today there was a fairly long line in the drive thru but it went quickly, the service was great, and my sandwich was hot and fresh.

We ordered a kids meal sandwich and specifically asked for no mayo. Not only did they not read the no mayo instructions, they put a disgustingly large amount of mayo- so much that the bread was soggy. No person wants that much mayo unless it’s a mayo only sandwich. Very disappointing that they were no help in the moment since it was ordered through door dash.

Great experience! We went on a really busy day and ordered carry out, and it was taking a really long time. An employee came out to apologize and asked if he could get us a free dessert for the wait (and the wait didn’t even feel that long). So he got us a really nice and expensive dessert. The food was amazing once we got it! Definitely a more expensive sandwich than you’ll normally find, but worthwhile for the taste. Probably the best bakery and sandwich shop chain I’ve had in Utah.

Great food - if you are on a diet, stay away, it is very hard to resist! Drive up was really slow today. It looked like the lady in front was placing a Thanksgiving Order (I heard pick up on Wed). This should not be allowed in Drive up!

We walk in before breakfast ends. The people in front of us ask if breakfast is still going on, they say yes but no French toast. They mention that I'm here for breakfast too. After they order, I step up and ask about the French toast and she proceeds to tell me "we're also not doing breakfast anymore." Oh..OH... you'll do it for the family in front of me, but not me, even though I was also in line before breakfast ended... Really stupid.

This is our second time coming to the Spanish Fork location this month and being disappointed. We had 4 orders of french toast and 2 coffees the first visit. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted old. We thought we would give it another chance today and all 4 orders of French toast were cold. Not impressed with this location.

So for the second time, we went through the drive-through only to discover that our order was screwed up when we got home. This time instead of leaving a review first, I called. The person I spoke with, instead of showing A little sympathy for my wife not getting her order as she had told the person taking the order, she tried to explain why everything was really OK since they messed up in putting the order in the first place and we didn’t pay for the sandwich. While that situation was not handled the best, my issue here is likely with the management, having this many issues with the drive-through order can only mean that the management is not doing their job and training the staff appropriately. Take time to double check all orders to the drive-through!!!

Goto favorite for breakfast, breads, and deserts.

The Egg crescent is a favorite of our family (even though you can make them easily for 1/5 the cost at home) as they are always fresh, soft, and taste amazing.

The only thing you gotta watch out for is the freshness of some of their offerings. I always ask them when something was made (like a fruit tart) and request a fresh one.

Have called Kneaders in Spanish Fork several times for catering, sometimes the morning of and they have always been super accommodating and get it right on. Calling them up is hitting the easy button with their service and lunch is always a hit for a reasonable price. Love the morning French Toast, the French dip, the desserts also. Thanks for great service.

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. Four cars in front of me and I waited close to 50 minutes. Something needs to change!!!
