Super disappointed. All the desserts look amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy these . First I was wondering if someone ate the fruit before handing it to me . Then I ate some and it just wasn’t it . It’s a tart and it tasted like cream with a bunch of sugar. It was disgusting honestly. Don’t think I’ll try anything else from here if they can’t get the dessert right.

Wait 15 - 20 minutes for 1 German Chocolate Brownie only to receive ( after asking just how much longer it will be to get one brownie) a container with seriously uncooked brownie batter topped with German Chocolate Frosting. YUCK!
Third bad experience in a row = I’m done with Kneaders!

Waited 36 minutes for a sandwich and a smoothie, the cashiers were too busy talking to their friends who came 10 minutes after us and they got their food right away. A bunch of teenagers who don't care about customers. I won't be coming back

Got breakfast here this morning and it was really good. The all you can eat french toast is made with their cinnamon bread and it's amazing. Will definitely be back.

Just placed an order on pine at noon! Waited in pick line for 45 minutes. Gave to someone else and then when they gave it to us - order was wrong and they were out of the soup and bed bowl I ordered. Good heavens! My lunch is over and have not even eaten!

My Dad ordered some food from Doordash, and the manager left this note. 11/10
Note says:
"Hey ______, Unfortunately we are out of clam chowder, we tried to contact you, but we couldn't get ahold of you.
Please call (phone number listed) for a refund.
We added a bread for the inconvenience :)

Not a bad place if you don’t mind spending $10 on a sandwich with half a loaf of bread, one slice of meat, half slice of cheese, that’s been microwaved and tastes bland and rubbery. You will also enjoy this place if you like raw turkey with rusty lettuce on stale bread. I gave it one star because the coke tasted fine. I really had my hopes up when I saw a picture of what I thought I was getting.

O. M. G! We stopped for a quick lunch before getting on a long road trip. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was DEE-LISH! I will definitely go back. If you like French Dip, try that, it was super yummy. The lobster bisque is another recommendation! And then there's the desserts.... Ugh, I think I just gained 5 lbs thinking about the food. 🤤 Definitely go there!

I used to love Kneaders, but in recent years their food quality has gone down hill, portion size is smaller, yet prices keep going up. $7 for a kid’s meal is outrageous. Especially when I pay less than that at a sit down restaurant. It all started going downhill when they changed their half/full size salad to just one size and a tiny dressing cup. It’s like they hired someone to come in and show them how to cut costs, but they just ended up cutting quality too. I have tried to use their curbside pick up multiple times and not once have they actually brought it out to me. I’ll get a text message saying thanks for picking up my order and still have no food. I eventually go in and my order is just sitting on the counter. ETA: I have emailed Kneaders in the past and received an apology, but nothing has changed.

We ordered through door dash from the Spanish Fork location. We have had multiple problems with this location in the past, but I really wanted a Turkey Bacon Avocado salad for my birthday dinner because after having chemo treatment today I didn't want to go out. I paid extra for extra avocado and when we got our food, once again the order was wrong. Not only did it barely have any avocado, it had absolutely no bacon. One of the main ingredients in the salad and there was none! My hubbys salad was also incorrect and had almonds in it even though we said no almonds and they sent the wrong dressing. When calling this store to speak to anyone regarding the issues, there have been very rude teenage girls that answer and will refuse to let you speak to a manager. I have always been calm and polite, but they are rude and one time even hung up because the girl answered the phone 1 minute after closing. After I explained our entire order was wrong that time and we got someone elses food, she said " oh well. We just closed. Call back another time" and hung up. If you are wanting kneaders I would drive the extra 10 minutes or so to Provo. They are polite and know how to make the food correctly. Spanish Fork has really gone downhill since the old manager left.
