Little Crane Cafe

Little Crane Cafe is the ultimate small town cafe that shows so much rich history and has been around for generations. I have had the best family dinner and breakfast at this place. We travel thirty minutes to eat here and it's worth the drive. It's a great outlet to take the back roads and see great cites. You cant go wrong with anything on this menu.

I loved it ❤️ will return time and time again. Only complaint, seasoning for 70+ everything needed salt and pepper, (Vader is mostly elderly) so not a big deal.

Been eating here for 9 years, good food and outstanding service. Warm cozy atmosphere. An old school diner that is a must visit. I recommend the chicken fried steak, eggs scrambled, hash browns with gravy on all of it. Two slices of toasted sourdough with orange marmalade. Black coffee. Outstanding service. I would also like to mention that they do take out service, they have a drive thru window so you can pay and get your food without going in. I really love this place.

My new favorite restaurant❤️ We live in Winlock and have been to dinner at Little Crane twice now. The servers have been absolutely amazing. I cannot give this place enough stars! Also if you are picky about ranch dressing like me, they have good ranch! Definitely will be coming here at least once a week from now on.

Excellent. Personally I don't care for sausage links that have been cooked in a fryer. In this instance the ends appeared really dried out. However because they are substantial in size they were very moist. If a restaurant can pull off a great breakfast then anything else will be just as good. Looking forward to trying out their new item. Halibut fish & chips. Dinners or a basket. Hoping for a non sweet tarter sauce. Thanks Little Crane.

One of the best little restaurants I’ve been to, outside my own home. I’m from Colorado, working in Longview, and came up to another restaurant that ended up being closed, and saw this restaurant in my search for another restaurant, and boy am I happy about it! Wow!!! Very good food! And huge menu to choose from!

We love going to the Little Crane Cafe. We have eatten there several times. Food is fresh and hot with friendly service. Most recently we had the fish and chips. Nice size portion AND you get an ice cream sundae after your meal!! We also went to breakfast before leaving town. Breakfast is just as good as dinner!!!

We just found this little Cafe in Vader...we visited several time fr breakfast and dinner. I had the prime rib dinner and it was SO worth it. If you don't show up early enough you might miss out!!! My husband had the chicken fried steak..so tender you didn't need a knife! The gravy is to die for...not overly thick and well seasoned. Staff is friendly and personable. You have become one of our regular spots to visit!!
