Expensive drinks, I enjoy Crave better for the price & quality of the drink. Also very discriminating from personal experience. Will never go back there.

I absolutely love their coffee. It doesn't taste burnt like some of the chain coffee shops. Elephant ears and cheese zombies...come on!!!! How could you not stop! The Cool Toddy I believe it's called is a favorite of mine.

Customer Service is a dead profession

Ordered a Mango flavored green tea with Strawberry bubba pops. My daughter picked up and was charged over $7. The girl made a thick blended drink with the bubba pops, my daughter told her this was not the drink I ordered. I called them to ask about the order. So the girl admitted to dumping half of the mango drink and added green tea. It looks cloudy and taste like water. I told that this was terrible, why she didn’t just make it over. She said she would have had to charge my daughter for another drink to make it over!! She defended what she did to the drink to save my daughter from being charge for another drink. So I told her I couldn’t believe the customer service I was hearing, I paid over $7 for cloudy water. With that she said if I wanted, my daughter can take the drink back and they will remake it for no extra cost! SMDH. My question is, why didn’t she remake it the right way once my daughter told her she made it wrong the first time (without the threat of charging her for another drink)?

Best and only coffee shop I go to. Amazing hard working girls! They learn so quick! This place is always busy busy though at all times but then again it is definitely worth the wait

The drinks are good but the length of time you’ll wait in line ISNT worth it. You can literally wait 20-30 min with only one car in front of you. They’ve gotta do something to speed it up.

A majority of the time the service here is slow! Any time I ask a barista for a recommendation,I either don't get one, or I get the same basic caramel macchiato or vanilla latte.....I had a drink that I was asked to taste to see if it was made correctly, I didn't like it she offered to make me another IF I PAID for it...NO THANK YOU!!

Very friendly staff and fast service. Got a iced white chocolate mocha and it was good.

Horrible service and attitude today,
I ordered my usual drink only to be told that they don’t make that there and they don’t know what I’m talking about. So the lady asked for someone else to serve me as she proceeded to slander me in the background. Never going back again, I don’t advise anyone go there, ever. Horrible experience, ruined my day. Almost got out to to throw hands but my kids were in the car all scared! *mad emoji*

The product is outstanding, I spent 15 minutes behind the car who was waiting for their beverages. And much to my surprise they only got one beverage. And it took 15 minutes for them to make that one blended beverage. I will admit that they were fairly busy three cars on each side of the drive-thru. Employees seem very nice and cheerful.
