Mocha Tree Espresso

Always friendly service and great quality product. The prices are a bit high for some of the beverages (typical coffee shop prices, which are always insanely high for some simple stuff). I stop here on occasion when I want to treat myself, and because of the premium price don't go here very often (I'm not rich).
However, the service has always been friendly and on point. They'll even help you figure out what you want, based upon what you're in the mood for. This is great because their menu is huge and I don't know Italian, or French, or whatever the language is that they use to name the drinks. They translate coffee to Americano for me.
It would be nice to just order coffee and not be looked at wierd though, but that's every coffee shop. Funny how regular coffee is the one thing that you can't get at most coffee shops....lol.

I love their coffee and their customer service! All the girls there are nice and wonderful. They are also super patient with me when I ask them to slightly tweak their recipes for their coffees and red bull drinks to fit my tastes and allergy lists... 💚💋🖤💋 If you love their carmel ribbon ask them to turn it into a mocha by adding chocolate sauce and for a extra pick me up add death wish shots!!! Amazing!!!!

Had a bad experience here a few years ago and thought id give them another shot.
Went today and didn't appreciate the unfriendly service.

Every person here has remembered my face and is very nice, always asks how I'm doing and they're even helping me keep an eye for my car that was stolen. They're also pet friendly and my baby blue definitely aproves🖤

$9 for a bubble tea drink is just no thanks

Over priced and not worth it. The drinks are nothing special and the service was ridiculous. Then they allowed the person to place another order of drinks we waited over 20 minutes in 110° and couldn't leave cause there we were blocked in.

The coffee and staff are friendly. They offer a senior and military discount. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is that they need to have everyone charging the same price. I told them that the price was not right and the girl argued with me. When i showed her receipts from prior orders she got the manager who also argued with me until she looked at the receipts and acted like I was an inconvenience. Today they not only got price wrong but charged me for stuff I never get charged for.

Been here about 5 times. Every time they are rude and not once has my drink been accurate. I was hoping that since a bit of time has passed since I'd been there last, that maybe things were different. I was wrong. Never again. By the way... Maybe you shouldn't come to the window, without a mask, and with a mouthful of food. It's gross. And just maybe when someone orders a flavored drink, you should actually make it. You know... Instead of being lazy and trying to pass off a pre-made drink as something it is not. Just because you're lazy, doesn't mean your customers are morons.

I went there yesterday and ordered a strawberry Italian soda, which is a pretty simple drink to make. It was not good at all it only tasted like the club soda. So I went back and asked if I could please get a new one and one barista looked at me like I was an idiot. She then called someone else..same thing happened. Then that person called an older lady, which I'm guessing was the owner. Instead of her being nice she just said why didn't you like it, I told her but she just telling me that it looks like they did make it right. I never said it didn't have the half n half I just I could only taste the club soda. Finally I asked for my money back and she said no. Then finally after all this she said she could remake it but I was upset at how rude I had been treated by her and her employees I just said never mind and left. They need to work on their people skills. I'll never go back their again.

I have a great experience with this place!… Im a very frequent customer and appreciate the drinks.
