Mocha Tree Espresso

Waited 5 minutes to get up to the window. Then another 10 minutes waiting for a bagel. While the other side of the drive threw was being helped faster than the other side. Normal don't take 10 minutes for a bagel. And when I got it, it was burnt!!! Was not worth my money or time. Plus they need to have rock salt or gravel in their drive threw so cars don't slide into the building during winter!!!! Owner and employees need to work on being faster, more efficient and better customer service!!!! At busy times needs to be more employees!!!!

Love the coffee unfortunately the staff has went downhill recently. They do not move with a sense of urgency any longer and this creates lines of people. They just refused to make a breakfast bagel because they said the lines were too long. There was one car behind me and one on the other side. What! I just waited in that line to order and they refused to make what I waited for. The customer is not always right, but what happened to legitimate customer service.

Charged for adding fruit to my drink but didn't add it to my drink, advertise glitter and cotton candy but don't see the glitter or taste or see any cotton candy, overpriced drinks and friendly service. The employees might have gotten at least half of the drink right if they paid attention to their work and not gossip. Already was against Mocha Tree for past mistakes and clearly won't be going back anytime soon. Two thumbs down.

Very slow when there's more than 2 cars. Seemed unorganized. One gal was very professional and nice. Another gal seemed as if she didn't want to be there at work.

Decent coffee at a mid range price. The price changes alot with each person. Each time I've got my free coffee they've tried to give me a free small when I clearly buy large drinks every time. The Girls are very nice and always have a smile on there face. Always upbeat and try to make you happy. All and all a good place to get in and out for coffee.
There food I have not tried to spendy.

Wonderful local business! I see negative complaints, and this business has been open for OVER decade, so they must be doing something right! This local family works hard to perfect their business, and I'm honestly shocked at how harsh people are being.. I love strong good quality coffee and I like that up to 6 shots is the same price! usually I pay way too much just to get an extra shot or two! love this place and their excessively caffeinated drinks!! Defiantly try the frappe when you get a blended drink... dangerously amazing!

I would normally give a 5 star but today I went (I go once a week) to get a twisted sister light ice like usual... when the girl came back both our drinks were not full. The girl told me that it was beacause we asked for light ice and they didnt want to charge for more product. I told her I'm a regular and that has never happened before and that also I knew the owner and she has never done that to me?! Really it's the morals of it! What if you asked for no ice? Would it then only have just a few ounces?? Shamefull! not the way customer service is done. The sad thing is that I paid and tipped before we got our drinks!

I go by here at least once a week as it's on my way to work. As of late, the wait time is outrageous, the coffee is mediocre at best, and the prices seem to be going up and up. I remember when they had their multiple locations and their service and quality were stellar, what happened to those days? I will still go by there, but only when I have a half-hour to wait in line for a basic cup of coffee.

I haven't gone to this place in almost a year. My friend and I went, they were standing around talking which means they took forever with our drinks. They tried to lie and say they gave us our change when they hadn't. Then when my friend told them they'd made her drink wrong they denied it and were very rude about it. She ended up just giving the drink back and got her money back. So we went down the street to the cottage to get good coffee.

Mocha Tree was very unpleasant when they had my order wrong. The lady was talking rudely about us when they were asked to remake our drinks. Also had jerked the wrong drink out of my hand. Normally they are very nice. But I think theses ladies must have been new. Not happy with my last experience going there.
