Sweet Monster

Ordered 3 drinks with extras. It took a few minutes to make and my daughter got the drinks and we left. A few minutes later realized they put her bobbas in my shake. I tried to call the store 3 times to get it sorted out, but they didn't answer. $30 for 3 drinks and 2 we're messed up. Won't be back cause they can't be bothered to answer the phone.

VERY disappointing! Stopped for 2 milkshakes and got water shakes instead!! Shakes do not taste like they have ice cream AT ALL!! They are more water shakes...flavorless with ice chunks in them and the whipped cream is disgusting! For the price charged I am very unhappy I expected more! Would not recommend this place to anyone and NEVER go back! Employees are not friendly don't greet you or say thank you! VERY VERY disappointing! Looked like the place was never cleaned and NO restrooms for customers to use while they wait!

So excited to finally try this place, boy was I wrong. We got 5 drinks, 2 mango shakes, strawberry shake, oreo shake and a rootbeer float. Let me start with the price $7.95 for a shake, figured with the inflation we would give it a shot, the drink are HORRIBLE. No flavor to any of them except some sort of powder after taste. EXTREMELY disappointed for the price I just paid. ( basically Ice with some sort of powder blend)

The drinks are delicous, though the staff does not really do well with customer service. We ordered and the girl at the front made us feel very dumb. My girlfriend got a drink that had jelly Boba instead of the popping Boba. I went to return it to get it exchanged with popping and they took the drink and picked out the jelly and then put popping in it for a lazy attempt to not make a new one. It was full to when I returned it.

Best shakes and boba in town!! Isnt super sweet or heavy on the stomach but its rick in flavor and the bobas are yummy🧋🧋

First time going. Saturday afternoon so I imagine they were busy and worn out. Cashier was continually acting annoyed or inconvenienced. Then after handling the cash register went over and started handling food with the same gloves without washing hands or sanitizing. Had to ask for them to remake our order after the employee grabbed a buzzer from one customer then went directly to grabbing the ingredients for our order without washing or sanitizing. The ice cream was good aside from that.

Great roll-up ice cream. They have a great variety and also serve bubble tea. I enjoyed it a lot.

Everything was made quickly and to order. It was fun to try the newest ice cream option in town.

Very delicious ice cream and love the presentation of it! My son and I highly recommend this place. Very nice and love the vibe!

Awesome boba, it is made really well and is always perfect. I don't really enjoy the icecream but that is more of a personal thing. On the other hand though the staff is kinda wanting, they are lowkey rude and not very open for ANY talking even if you have a question about the boba or icecream. No complains about the boba and would definitely recommend going here for some amazing boba.
